I bought some emu slippers, second year in a row, different model, first the mayburry and now the one ul see in the video, the fur inside where u step is gone, same experience twice. I know they have better prices than ugg or mou, but is it wirth to pay 60 euro for less rhan 2 months use of it? Verry dissapointed

I purchased a pair of emu sneakers at theMerino store in the Sydney airport in april of 2026. I'm a Canadian. When I got home and put them on I noticed the tab for the lace was detached. I contacted emu customer service (several times)and the response is that as I did not purchase from them directly they will not warranty the product or pay for a repair. I purchased a pair of Emu scuffs and couldn’t be happier, they are Australian made quality which will last a long time ,they fit and feel great and because they are home grown they create jobs in Australia. The price is very reasonable when you consider how long these scuffs will last,I won’t need to replace them in six months,I probably won’t have to replace them for years which is real value for money. I purchased the Agnes boot, love the look and quality. I am looking forward to wearing these this winter. The Emu website is easy to navigate and the purchasing process is easy. I checked with EMU to see whether the “ecipele online store” (made in China) is a legit dealer of their footwear, and they confirmed that although their premium line is made in Australia, some products are also made in China and that these boots are a legitimate EMU… Read more
product. I chose EMU over UGG after reading that they are of better quality. However, just one month later I started finding pieces of wool falling out of the boots, and the wool lining in the heel area is completely worn down all the way to the leather/seam. I do expect normal wear over time, but for the wool to be totally worn through in certain areas after only one month is very disappointing. They were used only in dry weather, on average for a maximum of one hour every other day. I hope they will at least last one season.

I can't believe the rubbish EMU boots are made off, I have had my last 3 pair off EMU UGG boots fall apart with in 6 months all 3 pairs, and I purchased all from an EMU outlet, I will never purchase EMU boots ever again, I advise other buyers to shop around and do not purchase EMU boots a complete waste off hard earned money.
Both the Monch and Sharky scuffs are very nice and very close to advertising. If the inner wool was as plush as advertised I would give 5 stars as they would be warmer in winter. Also, the Monch are very tight though I think they should stretch as they are suede. Delivery ran smoothly. Show details
Follow-up · Haven't worn much as it's now summer, though they are really warm. May need socks as well if extra cold just like the website photos. As the inside is lambs wool blisters won't happen. The outside suede is thick enough and very well stitched.
So poor with customer service. Ordered on a Saturday paid extra for express delivery 1-2 days. Shipped Monday with 2 weeks delivery. Can't contact anyone other than via email that takes to long to reply. No live chat or telephone numbers. Never again. Buy from a physical shop

I find the Pioneer style smart enough for work. Excellent value when purchased online. Reason for 4 star rating is that delivery was a bit stressful - I don't think this is fault of Emu Australia - they sent within a day of receiving the order. Tracking number from courier said boots were onboard for delivery and would be delivered next day and boots were not delivered for 10 days until after I had made an enquiry with the courier.
I absolutely love Emu boots and I’m onto my third pair. They are well made, so comfy and better than UGG. Shipping was fast also. I’m determined NOT to buy UGG after their lawsuit on other Aussie UGG boot makers. Worth every dollar! Show details
