use I turned it on and it shut off the minute I put it onto my skin. I thought it may of needed charging so I charged it over night to ensure a full charge. I tried to use it the next day and the same thing happened. I contacted YesStyle to see what they would do over 1 MONTH AGO and still have had no resolution. I have asked for a replacement or refund and YesStyle have still done nothing. YesStyle customer service is terrible. They stall and drag out any returns or product issues. I am out of pocket several hundred dollars and have had no device to use for A MONTH!!! And I have lost money. YesStyle have appalling unacceptable customer service. I will never buy from YesStyle again or recommend YesStyle to anyone.

service. Items are dispatched and delivered within a couple of days. Customer Service questions are responded to in a timely manner. I have had to return a couple of items due to sizing issues and refunds or credits have always been dealt with once again within a short time frame. haven’t heard anything and the order has been shipped anyway. I have phoned and attempted to use the online chat feature - nil response. I have attached pictures of my pair so you can see for your self the wear of approximately 6 months of wear and one year of owning(started wearing approximately 6 months after purchase .Can verify purchase date June 2025 to any one that requires this and approximate first work day wearing from fellow new work employee's.

I have reached out to World of Clogs and Birkenstock with this concern and conversation is now closed.

The wear on previous Birkenstock foot wear which i still have has been up to two years , the last picture shows the wear on my previous pair please compare the soles on both one pair the most recent is 12 months with 6 months wear the last picture is 2 plus years of wear .Prove me wrong.
