shoes and no willingness by Brand House Direct to refund me or provide replacement shoes. Instead they want to pass the problem to the shoe manufacturer. So they want my money, but no responsibility for faulty goods.

I purchased some shoes in March 2026. By June, the soles were coming apart from the leather uppers. So in July 2026 I asked for a replacement pair or a full refund. So my request was made only 4 months after purchaser. I had sent my email using the order email I received from Brand House Direct which included a link to my receipt. I also included some very clear photos showing the defect.

The reply was to ask me for 6 photos and proof of purchase.

Obviously they already has the proof of purchase (the receipt link in their own original email) and I had already sent very clear obvious photos showing the defect. I emailed explaining this - which they already knew. A stalling technique?

Silence by them and after pushing them with multiple chaser emails for a reply I eventually got one asking for 6 photos. I had sent 6 photos in a zip file. That wasn’t good enough for them.

I’m convinced the request for 6 photos is a delay approach. Eventually they agreed to not keep asking for the photos and said they would refer the matter to the supplier.

I am no closer to a refund or replacement shoes. This is terrible after sales service Brand House Direct. I should add that I have explained to them that my contract is with Brand House Direct - not the supplier. But I think Brand House Direct sees itself as only a mailbox for any problems with shoes they sell. They have not accepted any responsibility in this instance. That is NOT what consumer protection laws require.

I would encourage you to not purchase from Brand House Direct if you think you might need them to do the right thing if what they sell you turns out to be defective. They have not helped me and I don’t expect they will now.

We are now into August. Very poor service Brand House Direct.

Following my great experience with my Nordic socks I bought the wool socks for a present for my husband to wear on his Friday walks ( up to 15 kms) and so far so good, he said they were really comfortable. I’m always careful to wash wool or cotton socks at 30 degrees or in a cold wash and they’ve not shrunk So I highly recommend Nordic Socks Delivery was a little slow

the first two items I couldn't remember cleaning anything while wearing them but I accepted it and threw them out. I bought another two items and the same thing happened again. I absolutely know I didn't do any cleaning or anything unusual while wearing them.

Something is wrong with the fabric. No other hoodies and tracksuit pants I've ever owned have developed these stains. There is definitely something wrong with white fox dyes.

I have attached pictures of my pair so you can see for your self the wear of approximately 6 months of wear and one year of owning(started wearing approximately 6 months after purchase .Can verify purchase date June 2025 to any one that requires this and approximate first work day wearing from fellow new work employee's.

The wear on previous Birkenstock foot wear which i still have has been up to two years , the last picture shows the wear on my previous pair please compare the soles on both one pair the most recent is 12 months with 6 months wear the last picture is 2 plus years of wear .Prove me wrong.

I bought a pair of Mongrel safety boots from RSEA Auburn store, it's support for my flat feet arch is fantastic, DeWalt was not that bad for arch support but not as good as this one, hopefully helps with my plantar fasciitis problem and lasts long.
