As soon as I received my order of "Fenvio TrueTone" lipstick I noticed that there was no indication that it was a Fenvio TrueTone lipstick. I contacted the company complaining that I did not receive the product I paid for. The reply I received was that it was "the same product but in different packaging." Bought 2 phd colour chaning lipsticks from Fenvio for $49 and free delivery. After 3 uses it snapped off. I emailed them and asked for replacement. They said only if I pay $20 postage. I refused as I found out after I bought them that they have bad reviews and actually the exact lipstick sells in Temu for $4.50. I was ripped off big time. Also they claim the lipstick changes colour by mood and phd. Its a coral pink no matter what on any person.

I ordered two. One arrived snapped, the other snapped on second use. Two replacements were sent. Both broke within the first three uses. The product is too soft (I was extremely careful, particularly after the first one broke in use). There is a clear design fault. Don't waste your money.
Follow-up · Every one received (originals and replacements) broke either before or shortly after arrival. The formula is obviously much too soft. I wont be repurchasing.

now going to receive a total of 12 lipsticks - order totalling in excess of $180.00 - for a lipstick I've not tried before that has mixed reviews. I cannot go through the hassle of fighting this company, I will gift to family and friends, but I am not happy about this. I order many things online, I don't believe I, in any way, placed the additional orders. So no matter how good the lipsticks might be, I would NOT recommend you deal with this company.
Follow-up · The lipsticks (all 12 of them!) arrived in a reasonable time. As noted in many other reviews, they are in a beautiful case, creamy and soothing on the lips BUT NOT long-lasting, you need to apply frequently. The colour is quite a nice pink, same shade on my friends. WIND the lipstick out the minimum length to apply or else it will break off.
I was excited to try my new lipstick, but the next day my top lip was all blistered . I have never had an allergy to any make up . It was so sore . I emailed Fenvio to see if I could send them back for a refund , the most they could do was $12 .48 , be careful if buying this product. Show details
Follow-up · In answering question did I do a patch test no I did not . There was no shade name as it works differently on different people regarding the ph of the person , it reacts to the ph . I won’t use it again .

I purchased two Fenvio lipsticks, my lips turn to a very natural colour which I love, my daughters turn a very bright pink, too bright she said. I am very happy, my lips are so soft and supple, no cracking in our current and very cold winter. Love this product and I use it everyday. I highly recommend it. I order two lipsticks at over $21 CAD a piece. Later I see them severely discounted online. I am okay with the pink colour but it does not last like they say. Do not purchase this lipstick. It is advertised as changing colours with your PH. It turns a weird reddish bright pink. I tried it on several people same result. I pretty sure we don't have the same PH. They play the we will send you some money back but not nearly enough. Fraud overseas. I ordered on a buy two and get two free. Gave one to my daughter and sister in-law and niece. Mine was unfortunately broken and emailed for a replacement or refund. Awful. Don't waste your money. No different to any-other pH changing lipstick. If you are into seriously hot pink lips then this is the product for you. The colour was embarrassing.

I get more moisture from my Nivea lip balm, so to be honest, I am disappointed with my purchase. I read so many positive reviews and that prompted me to buy my Fenvio product. I would not buy again.
I have just recieved mine and I love it. Glides on perfectly. However atm my lips are very dry and I believe the full effect of the colour wil improve as they heal. The colour is a shell pink and its just gorgeous. Its not sticky and does not come off on a cup as I just tested with a drink. I found purchase and delivery exellent as it arrived in 5 days. I LOVE this lipstick! It applies so smoothly, and feels like putting a chap balm on. However, it changes the colour of my lips! It becomes a soft yet noticeable pink for me, matching my hair!
Follow-up · Fenvio's colour lasts all day and night. It doesn't feel sticky - it feels smooth and light! The finish is beautiful, like you have a light lip balm on. But it's turned colour! Mine is a perfect dark pink! I wear it all the time now - it doesn't feel like a lipstick at all, and you don't have to re-apply or worry about it coming off on things (or people!).

Follow-up · The product had no scent. No skin reactions . Nice and creamy as I said but it’s all gone within half an hour. It doesn’t feel like you’ve got any lipstick on there’s no creaminess any more. And the colour is completely gone. I’m very disappointed to be honest.
