It failed to link to my new monitor ,so I tried everything & bought new cables etc but told i must return it at my expense (5 hour drive) to get fixed. not talk to an actual technician I was told to check if the video card was secure?It was not.... & after pressing it firmly in the PC it operated fine for a while.
After a few months, some main stream games on PC would crash out or sometimes even shut down or freeze. I read all the Blogs & issues about rolling back drivers or reloading the latest versions etc to no avail. Then the video card would start to overheat even with games graphics set to the minimum.
So its July 2025 ( less than a year) & whilst playing a game, the PC has totally cutout & lost all power & will not restart.
I am having to struggle with a warranty claim for a prebuilt PC that is highend specked for gaming that set me back 11.5K.

paid for express shipping, took over a week to get the item sent out. im talking about 2 USB sticks. 1 week is too long to consider purchase again from JW computers. If I can get from amazon overnight and another retailers would take 2 days, id prob go with that retailer but over a week? no thanks
