I absolutely love Fetch, ease of use, always someone to answer my queries. Best thing I ever did was getting my fur baby insured through these guys, definitely not regrets.

Once again, Fetch has stepped up. So glad I chose them! Claims are simple to submit, approvals are quick, It’s reassuring to have an insurer that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended! Kizer also says thank you FETCH !!

might have been sending some words or sentences that were still from a script, but they feel like a human being team who cares about my pet and me.

I’m a new member and I’m already very happy choosing Fetch for my third cat. Fetch has the option to skip the waiting period, and after uploading some required pics and vids, we just skipped the waiting period for the cat, before the policy even started! I’m in the process of transferring my other cat to Fetch from another company that just belongs to a huge “umbrella insurance company.”

The only thing is that Fetch doesn’t start new policies for pets over 10 years of age, and I’ll have to leave my 16-year-old happy and still healthy cat with another company for now.

My dog just came home after a $10 000 procedure and treatment. Fetch were there to help every step of the way and my payment was in my bank account before we even got in the car to go home. Show reply

I honestly cannot be more grateful for Fetch Insurance. My dog had a bladder blockage and was on the brink of death. We are very grateful to have insurance with Fetch. Our little Italian greyhound broke her arm and the process of submission to approval for our claim was quick (a couple days) and simple. I can say that Fetch are life savers. They were there when we needed them, and we had only joined 3 months prior. We experienced every daschy owners nightmare, IVDD!!! Fetch whole team makes you feel like your fur babies is there own fur baby. They make what can be a stressful time feel not so stressed. They always are very quick at replying to any messages in the app and will always try there best to help out. Just be honest and open to them and they will be with you every step of the way. As a first-time pet insurance customer and first-time dog owner, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My dog required emergency exploratory surgery just one day before the waiting period ended. incident was to the end of the waiting period and the circumstances involved. The surgery placed a significant financial burden on me and I had taken out insurance believing it would provide support during unexpected emergencies. Having my claim denied was incredibly stressful at a time when I was already struggling to afford the treatment my dog needed. What was even more frustrating was that after the claim was denied, the condition was then classified as a pre-existing condition and excluded from cover. I felt this was unfair given the nature of the incident. I was advised that the exclusion would only be reassessed after 18 months, which was very discouraging. While the staff I spoke with were polite, the overall experience left me feeling unsupported and disappointed. I joined for peace of mind during emergencies, but when faced with one of the most stressful situations I've experienced as a pet owner, I felt that the policy provided very little assistance.
