As for Wink she is getting a better blood count and I hope I can get a bit more time with her, hate to think of my life without her. claim it has been easy to do online on my phone. Uploading documents has been simple and quick and identifying the claim issue just as simple too. Our claims have been reviewed and usually paid out within 24-48 hours. Amazing! We moved our cat, Elsa, to Knose at the same time. We have never looked back. They are terrific!

has had a number of claims over the years totalling $6012.88 as advised by Knose for various issues of which $2992 was incurred in the last policy period. I have just received my policy premiums for each dog. The younger dogs premium increased from $92 per month to $100. The older dogs premium increased from $146 to $284! Now here is why I believe Knose is deceitful. When I queried why the premium for the older dog had nearly doubled I was advised both verbally and later in writing that it was due to a number of factors including age, breed, location, claims history, veterinary cost inflation and claims experience for similar pets. I queried Knose Insurance about why when did my younger dogs premium increased by only $8 when they are the same breed, go to the same vet and live in the same location? The only difference was age and claim history. When I asked whether doubling the renewal cost was a strategy by Knose to discourage older dogs having their annual policy renewed, they denied this. Knose don’t tell you when your dog is young that premiums jump significantly as they get older or your pet needs medical support. That is only revealed come policy renewal time. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a younger and healthy same breed dog, o would have fallen for their deceitful reasons. The facts are absolutely clear that Knose Insurance want to reduce risk and old age and claims history is identifiable risk which data they use to adjust your premium to a level that discourages you from renewing your policy. There are similar stories to mine in other online reviews. Please do your research and make an informed decision because the pet insurance industry is not what it leads you to believe. They simply do not care about your ageing pet.

The real test of pet insurance isn’t when you’re paying the premiums - it’s when your pet actually needs treatment. Knose was there when Cleo needed them, and that means an enormous amount to me.

customer support, she was very understanding and sorted everything out for me right there and then, even asked if I'm experiencing financial hardship due to the quite large bills and said they aim to assess claims within 5 business days. To my surprise, I already received the approved assessment outcome the next day (a Friday) and the money was deposited on my account the following Monday. We still need to have more check-ups to make sure my girl hasn't developed chronic issues but she is feeling so much better and I can't even say what a huge relief it was during all that stress not having to worry about the cost of her treatment because she's insured. She's on the highest level possible and the peace of mind is worth every cent. Thank you Knose, I have and will continue to highly recommend you.
