identifying the claim issue just as simple too. Our claims have been reviewed and usually paid out within 24-48 hours. Amazing! We moved our cat, Elsa, to Knose at the same time. We have never looked back. They are terrific!

attentive, my claims have been sorted and paid promptly, couldn’t ask for a better service. As for Wink she is getting a better blood count and I hope I can get a bit more time with her, hate to think of my life without her. Please read this review to make an informed choice about Knose Insurance. Their conduct in unconscionable which only becomes evident as your dog becomes older or you need to make claims. has had a number of claims over the years totalling $6012.88 as advised by Knose for various issues of which $2992 was incurred in the last policy period. I have just received my policy premiums for each dog. The younger dogs premium increased from $92 per month to $100. The older dogs premium increased from $146 to $284! Now here is why I believe Knose is deceitful. When I queried why the premium for the older dog had nearly doubled I was advised both verbally and later in writing that it was due to a number of factors including age, breed, location, claims history, veterinary cost inflation and claims experience for similar pets. I queried Knose Insurance about why when did my younger dogs premium increased by only $8 when they are the same breed, go to the same vet and live in the same location? The only difference was age and claim history. When I asked whether doubling the renewal cost was a strategy by Knose to discourage older dogs having their annual policy renewed, they denied this. Knose don’t tell you when your dog is young that premiums jump significantly as they get older or your pet needs medical support. That is only revealed come policy renewal time. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a younger and healthy same breed dog, o would have fallen for their deceitful reasons. The facts are absolutely clear that Knose Insurance want to reduce risk and old age and claims history is identifiable risk which data they use to adjust your premium to a level that discourages you from renewing your policy. There are similar stories to mine in other online reviews. Please do your research and make an informed decision because the pet insurance industry is not what it leads you to believe. They simply do not care about your ageing pet.

i read a lot of reviews and terms and personal anecdotes of pet insurers before i settled on Knose. we didn't have to use it for a few years and the price rose a little over those years, but in a fairly reasonable way. at times we wondered if it really was something we needed, then spud needed veterinary care. the veterinary care was in the thousands of dollars and is still ongoing at this time. it took a bit longer than we expected to hear back from our first claim, and that turned out to be because the vets we had gone to, who had done his shots and check ups, in a small country town, didn't reply very quickly ,or at all, to knose's requests for information. once we spoke to knose it progressed at a perfectly reasonable speed. and all claims since have ranged between a week and a few weeks. one bit of one bill didn't fall within the policy coverage, and honestly, we understood that when we thought about it. the representatives we have dealt with have been kind, thoughtful and supportive and i have no complaints about a single one of them. i have left writing a review for months now because its hard to write a review before you really see how the company, or product, works for you. so i now i know how our claims for spuds treatment unfolded, and if you've decided to get pet insurance, then i really can recommend Knose based on my wife and my personal experiences.
