Highly recommend all pet owners to Pet Circle insurance, my boy has a number of health issues and I make multiple claims throughout the year. I have never had any issues. The staff are all friendly and very helpful!!! I couldn’t recommend them enough !!
This my 2nd review and I’m happy to report my initial enthusiasm and satisfaction with Pet Circle Insurance has not diminished in the slightest. I unreservedly recommend any pet owner to seriously consider this organisation as your financial partner in the continued health and well being of your beloved furry friend.
I’m very disappointed with Pet Circle Insurance. I have been paying for over a year and when I finally tried to make first claim, the process took a very long time. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like the insurance wasn’t worth it. I'm trying to cancel the insurance but seems very difficult. I hope the company can improve the claims process and be more transparent about what is actually covered.

WARNING RUN! Tried contacting Pet Circle multiple times to cancel one of my Policies as I no longer have that dog & I have emailed them to cancel. I CANCELLED THAT CARD ONLINE USED TO PAY FOR THAT PARTICULAR DOG. I have 2 Policies as I still have my other dog. trying to use the card I use for my other dog to direct debit for the dog I no longer have!! Now they have aligned the dog I no longer have and aligned the payments on the same day when they used to be both due on different dates and at least 2 weeks apart from one another, what GREEDY SCAMMERS! And you DO NOT GET your 2 months interest free as I didn't get that with my 2nd dog & they direct debit 5 days later & I did not get the chance to Salary Sacrifice in time & I lost monies! They say to contact them if you have a problem, but they clearly dont listen and keep trying to suck every dollar out of you! Now my bank just declines them because they try & withdraw over the amount in my account which is there for the dog I still have and are stuffing up his insurance & thats not getting paid. My advice is; RUN!! PET CIRCLE INSURANCE are dodgy scammers!

Follow-up · We gave 5 stars originally in 2023. All has been well, but premiums have raised significantly, this year from $50 to $80 a month! We will rethink continuing with them. Our dog is only 5! Disappointed.

Insurance is in it teething stage in terms of relationships with vets. Getting clinical information for Frankie from my vet required me personally requesting the info so that it can be given to the insurance provider.
Follow-up · Update 2 years down the track. Upon submission of the vet's information for Frankie, the waiting period was reduced. I still have not submitted a claim for Frankie but the premium increases have been reasonable when I compare it with getting an insurance from a new provider.
Another claim submitted to Pet Circle Insurance (this is our 5th) and again resolved and reimbursement paid quickly with little fuss. Have only good things to say about Pet Circle. Show details

of over three weeks, before having to reach out myself directly via phone for an update. While it is understandable to have the odd delay, it is more important to communicate this clearly and in a timely manner to keep customers in the loop and feeling valued. For a worried pet parent, indefinite waiting is not a light feeling. A simple reply of receipt/acknowledgment is not only courtesy, but would have made the difference, and would have taken very little time. This came across as deeply unprofessional and distasteful.
Considering the premiums paid, I would have expected better customer service. I will be thinking twice next time and have taken my fur babies to another insurer. It is a shame as the parent company is always great and responsive.

for X-rays and a stay overnight. The next day she had to go to an orthopaedic surgeon, and plaster on her foot and leg. She is still going to the vet for follow up bandage changes. When she had her accident we were on our 2 months free from Pet Circle the emergency vet sent the paperwork through to Pet Circle who fixed the claim paperwork and they have been looking after me all the way. Pet Circle have kept me informed every step of the way. They have paid me in a very fast manner since day one. The staff have been so supportive and professional in all of the dealings I have had with them. I am so glad I went with Pet Circle it has made a very difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Overall very good value – CONS: They don't offer gap payment options, meaning you have to pay up front and then lodge a claim for reimbursement. The process for assessing claims is quite slow (mine took 5 weeks) which makes things extremely difficult financially when you've had to pay out thousands of dollars for your beloved pet's treatment. PROS: Although the claims process is lengthy, it is fair and thorough, and I cannot fault their generous 70%, 80%, and 90% rebate options. Their excess even for the 90% option is fair, and only has to be paid once per calendar year. They paid out on my beloved dog's expensive specialist claims even though I'd only been with them less than six months. I will definitely be staying with them for the remainder of my just-turned-8-year-old dog's life, and am now thinking of purchasing policies with them for my two cats.
Therefore, I do recommend Pet Circle Insurance if you need the day-to-day convenience of a cheaper premium but also have the means to cover your vet bills temporarily.

There is no point to having this cover as you cover nothing but charge $55 a month for all the extras, etc They consider most services to be preventative. Do not purchase they also charged me and then had to reimburse me because they did not apply two months free at checkout would not recommend not worthwhile or good value for money. One claim which they rejected took over two weeks to be processed.

I wish we had joined pet circle insurance earlier. It’s so easy to make a claim (less than 1 minute if you have all your documents ready). The rebate was in our bank account less than 24 later. Thank you Pet Circle Insurance.
My beautiful dachshund, Lola was attacked by an aggressive Shih Tzu and suffered several wounds. She is well now, thanks to my local Vet. I submitted my claim one week later to Pet Circle insurance which was quickly assessed. Two days later I received an email saying that my claim was successful and an amount would be credited to my bank account within 3 to 5 days. My experience with Pet Circle has been nothing but excellent.

Very good communication throughout the process. Claim processed in a timely manner; completed within 7 days. Some companies have a system in place that you pay the excess to the vet clinic; this would be the only improvement I could offer to this policy.
We changed providers 12 months ago to Pet Circle as their premiums were much lower. The portal was easy to set up and use. This was our first claim so didn't know what to expect but we found communication to be excellent and our claim was settled within 8 business days. Very happy.
This insurance has been the best support for us for almost 3 years since we got our dog! They’ve always been very quick to respond, and the price is reasonable. We’ve had a great experience with them and I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.
