honestly can’t remember if we have ever had any incidents with our deliveries. I receive phone calls on a weekly basis from other couriers mostly larger multi national companies looking for our business - I tell them we only use Flash Couriers and you are wasting your time!

Terrible customer service – I booked online and wrote that it was a PO box that I needed delivered to. The courier came and picked up the items with no issues but then brought them back and said that Flash Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes. Only hesitation in making this recommendation is that they might become too busy, but as I am retiring in a couple of years am prepared to make this recommendation.

Dodgy!!! – The customer service are rude, Their drivers are unprofessional who make smart [censored word removed] comments if they have to wait for a signature due to attending my companies customers. I spoke to one driver who complains that they cheat drivers of pay and denies any goods sent with them by mistake so it would be a loss for my company. Consistent in unprofessionalism.
