to the motor was bent. When I had manually raised and lowered the door to get my car out after the spring broke the rail wasn't bent. As I hadn't taken photos before their arrival or watched them work, they took no responsibility.
Follow-up · Garage door pros don't care about bad reviews. I watched some YouTube videos, purchased replacement parts and repaired the door myself. Garage door pros quote about $1000, replacement parts from Vevor were about $70.
