I apologised already and he replied by emailing "Such a waste for you just for trying to sort it out yourself!" which I think is uncalled for given the fact That I admitted my mistake and apologised for the trouble. I WAS NOT asking for a refund mind you. I said just send it back to me instead. He OFFERED to send a new and different style and charge me a restocking fee on the first sunnies. Terrible communication, won't reply unless bombarded with calls and emails. Finally replied but decided to charge me full price on a new order (instead of charging a restocking fee as he offered). He said he can give a $50 credit on the first order that have been adjusted by my optometrist. Just don't offer anything you cannot deliver as you have wasted my time emailing back and forth for you to reply.

Super fast delivery at a knockout price. Was going to replace lenses but the cheaper option was to buy new. Website is quite comprehensive with lots of options. Great work guys. Will definitely keep you in mind for my next pair. Thank you

Excellent customer service with quick replies - when my oakleys broke shortly after I bought them they contacted oakleys on my behalf to organise replacement under warranty. Smooth process.

The shipping was fast. But we are in the same state, a couple of suburbs away. Anyway, the products, are somewhat not the quality you would expect when you are paying 200 dollars for sunnies. I also ordered smaller size, and I had to exchange them, end up paying 13 dollars for postage, from my own pocket. Guess what. They do not cover the return postage expenses. Shifty.

Ordered two pairs of Ray Bans. Was a bit sceptical of their prices being much lower than Sunglass Hut however I think now they simply lower individual item prices instead of doing promos like 'get second pair for 50% off' like sunglass hut does, which I think is just more lucrative for any business trying to stand out from giants like Luxottica. … Read more

As for Ray Bans, both sunnies arrived in perfect condition, with authentic cases, napkins etc. - identical to what I saw in Bondi Junction stores. Just putting this review out there because I a) have spare time and b) appreciation for money saved. Also c) the big stores never seem to have good CS so I'm happy my money went to a smaller business for a change.

Highly rate them! ill definitely be a returning customer in the future.
