in for past 10 months finally improving your credit score gets thrown out the window from their one button push of decline. The other bad reviews are exactly correct, the good reviews will only be on their first or second loan still but trust me thr review will change to bad in time and I’ve overpaid the loan paymemts but u think they’ll answer to send it back? Nope

And I’ve applied for another loan and still declined. I’ve never missed a payment with them in all my loans, I earn more now than I did in first to fourth loans, I exceed all the criteria needed by far…………and can not get a single reply on why my loans are declined. Zero customer service once you prove you’re a good customer along with zero loans given again

The handout loan service was useful and met my needs. The process was generally easy, though providing clearer instructions or faster processing would make it even better.

If I could give no stars I would. This website is absolute nonsense. If there’s an issue it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you. “Same day funds” yes but if there’s issues or an enquiry you’d like to make ? You won’t hear back from them for at least 2-3 weeks. Same excuses, same nonsense & the issue still isn’t resolved! Worst customer service ever.
