We recently bought hybrid flooring from Invogue Box Hill and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Vipin was very helpful at the store, Wasi visited our home and was very professional and knowledgeable and the installer did a fantastic job. Everyone involved was very good at what they do. We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend them.

Above 5 stars – Excellent customer service, very welcoming. Great rugs and so many styles to choose from. Quick delivery including correspondence. Very affordable prices. Clean and tidy store. I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely be going back when I am in a need of new floor. It would be nice that other shops are half of what this shop is. Their knowledge and patience is just amazing.

Very happy with the overall experience – We’ve recently bought an investment property in Glenfield and just got the carpet replaced with timber flooring. I just want to say that I’m very happy with the overall service I received from the entire team at InVogue Rugs & Flooring Casula. The sales staff was very helpful. The installers arrived on time, did an excellent job and were very courteous. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
