The quote to repair the loose hinge on our glass shower door was reasonable, with the service carried out quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed that the option of repair of the hinge, rather than the dearer replacement, was offered. Also, I was advised of a time the service would be carried out, with a confirming call 15 minutes before the guys arrived.

Their website says lifetime guarantee but they are refusing to provide an invoice or official receipt after multiple requests. Dodgy! I had my glass table repaired. The glass was detached from the metal discs. They fixed it back with silicone. It fixed the issue but it was not very tidy silicone stains were left around the disc. Window Repair – The repair to my window was done promptly and efficiently.

No fuss glass repair – Jim’d glass repair was fast cheap and with no fuss. I would recommend them for small residential work.

Not happy – Installed a scratched mirror in my new bathroom. Didn’t even bother to clean the mirror after installation. Not professional. Would never recommend, as it’s now made another problem for me to fix.

occasions about the fact that someone will be coming, however, to this day, no-one has bothered to come.

Your team at the contact centre keeps repeating their statement that someone will be coming the next day, then having no-one show up, and the cycle then repeats itself when I try to contact them to follow-up.

I haven't had their service installed for longer than 8 months, and they claimed that it's out of the warranty period - apparently their contact' centre definition of a twelve month warranty is 8 months and above?

As you can imagine, no-one enjoys constantly being lied to and being provided with false information.

I have emailed you the details about this - I would like someone to follow-up with this immediately.

Positive experience! – My Jim's Glass guy was absolutely lovely. I had a very difficult window removal which included liquid nails holding it in and he was patient and accommodating through out. I had 2 medium sized windows replaced for only $550, including the extra time to remove the difficult window. I will definitely use these guys again.

Excellent service – I was contacted the same day with a quote and the job was done the next day. They completed it while I was at work as it was an outside job and stayed back until I got home.
