After waiting two weeks, I was told the item was actually not in stock and that I would need to wait another four to six weeks. After waiting four weeks, I contacted them for an update. clear timeframe, they told me they still did not know when the sunglasses would be available. It could take another eight weeks, or even longer. My only options were to keep waiting, choose a different pair, or accept a refund.

I chose not to wait any longer. I went over to Great Southern Sunnies ordered the exact same sunglasses. They were $10 cheaper, genuinely in stock, and arrived within three days.

The most disappointing part was not the delay itself. It was the lack of accurate stock information and the poor communication. If an item is not in stock, be upfront about it. Customers are far more likely to appreciate honesty than being left waiting for weeks with no certainty.

Unfortunately, this experience means I will not be buying from Just Sunnies again, and I cannot recommend them based on the service I received.

When paying almost $300 AU I expected a propper case to keep them from being damaged as advertised on the page. in the end Just Sunnies should have been my first choice.

Just Sunnies performed exactly how I expected they would from all of the reviews I'd seen of their business beforehand.

Sure, the prices might be a little higher than a lot of those borderline scam vendors from overseas (though they still beat most other national chains/bricks-and-mortar stores) but their stock levels are accurate, their turnaround/delivery is incredibly fast and dealing with an Australian company for any support/warranty issues gives me far more peace of mind than trying to communicate with God-knows-who on the other side of planet.

Thanks very much team for concluding my +2 month long search for these elusive sunnies with a satisfying result!

BEWARE of after sales service and non-genuine, way too expensive product – I was sent a pair of Raybans that I had ordered. I wore the sunnies but they were enormous but I have not had Raybans before and so I thought they might just be big. So I wore them for a few days but they kept falling down or off completely. have them refitted with a special machine so I did. They told me they were unable to as the glasses were far too big and they checked the size and told me they were a much bigger size than I ordered. They also said they didn't think they were genuine as they were very plastic-y. I emailed again and they confirmed I was sent the wrong size. I emailed saying I would like a refund or another pair and sent mine back. They responded saying because I sent them back without the tags or box they can't do anything. I would not normally save things like boxes or tags if the product at first glance appeared to be the right one. I went into the same optometrist today and brought the same pair that fit - super different feel and over $90 cheaper!

Holy Crap, this for real? – Well for one a delivery of goods in today's day and age seem so easy to achieve, right? The biggest names out there are not able to do this - Just Sunnies did it. condition, I guess few smudge marks were during packaging and transportation stage. Never the less I cleaned it with the cloth provided by yours truly, Versace - thank you very much and they were back to it's original condition, brand new and scratch less!

I was eyeing the pair since almost about a year ago, then bam 20% Easter sale and I got them.

I called the Just Sunnies customer service line, prompt answer by a lovely and delightful customer rep, I called at least 4-5 times in space of 30 mins. Each time she was happy to oblige and help with my query, she even promised that she will personally see to my delivery carried out on the day because I leave for overseas holiday Easter Friday and wanted these for my trip.

I got confirmation of the processed order with link to my postage - next day Australia post texted for delivery by signature only and picked it up.

You guys should hold you head up high for the customer experience provided - I gave 4 star because there is always room for improvement and your continuous effort to strive for excellence will keep you up there for a very long time :)

Amazing customer service, order placed on Wednesday morning and was delivered by Friday. With safe and secure packaging. Will be ordering more sunnies from here in the future!

Mum and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brooke, Burleigh Heads store. Mum is 95yo and legally blind, needing specific lenses for reduction of glare. We were at the store well over an hour with Brooke being attentive, patient and so helpful the entire time. Mum happily left the store with 2 new pair of sunnies and was delighted with the whole experience. Thank you Brooke.

Very happy with service & pricing – These guys are the real deal. Purchased a few different pairs now and they're great quality, as well as zero-fuss returns as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered some glasses listed 100% as in stock on the website. Got an email next day saying they were not in fact in stock, and it would be min 4-6 weeks for them to even receive more. They didn't hesitate to take full payment. Incompetent running of the business, taking full payment for items that won't be in stock for weeks even though listed as in stock. AVOID

Advertising false price – Advertising false price, difference price when you go to checkout. Also tells you if you fill out your personal details it will email you a discount code for 10% off, when you try to use code it says invalid

credit note - sorry what?! By this point I'd already bought another pair of sunnies that did suit me. Most companies support this kind of thing these days - so you can cut down on the time to find the right item. Seems like this lot is stuck in an old way of thinking - keeping my money now instead of considering the value of a happy customer. So I have a great new pair of sunnies, but I can't get money back for the first pair. I'll be telling people to avoid this lot - there are plenty of companies out there that put the customer first.

Fast turn around, excellent communication and quality products. Highly recommend and would absolutely purchase again from just sunnies Aus. Competitive pricing is a bonus!!

Beware they sell fake glasses – Sold me fake Carrera sunglasses.Asked for refund and told can only get store credit. Total waste of time and shipping costs etc.avoid at all costs.

retailers, it was delivered exceptionally fast. I was updated on the progress of my package and item came by express post within 2 days of purchasing. The item came in good packaging keeping the item safe. The item itself looked better than the pictures on the website. Am happy with the purchasing experience and will look at getting my partner a pair of sunnies soon too.

Very good communication – I ordered a well priced pair of sunglasses online at Just Sunnies. They let me know inside a day that stock was delayed, offered a refund, change of choice, or to wait. Disgusting AFTER sales - be warned! – AFTER SALES service is DISGUSTING! Fact is, you can SEE the faults, so there’s no doubt YOU will get your money back from the supplier - but that’s why you won’t do the right thing and give me a new pair, not until YOU have YOUR money back, only then you will exchange them. Ended up walking away with the same crap, damaged pair - I’ve paid $$$’s and they don’t give a damn. All smiles when they took the money hey?

Amazing customer service – I ordered a pair of sunnies and unfortunately it turned out that they had been discontinued and were no longer available. These guys went above and beyond and tried to source a pair from the USA with no such luck. They communicated promptly throughout the whole process and happily refunded my money. Good customer service trumps me being left to find a new pair of perfect t sunnies and I would not hesitate to purchase through them in the future.

Love This Company – I love this company. Every brand and lens is available. Each time I have ordered the process is seamless and I always find they end up being the best value for money.
