Really happy with my purchase for my mum. Delivery was reasonable and the phone which I chose to be near new was in fact near new condition. No visible mark and the battery was 90% healthy which was better than expected. The best part, received a free (nice rust colour) sustainable phone wallet AND a protective transparent case also. Product received and works perfectly. I’ve always used ZAGG screen protectors. I rate them very highly. I’ve only given the store 3 stars because they offer free shipping but didn’t use the correct parcel so I had to pay $8.75 to receive my parcel from the post office as they’d not only charged me the difference between the missing postage cost but also a penalty. an issue. I’ve had to pay another person to fix their rubbish product because it is impossible to speak to somebody OR get any kind of email conversation happening with these people. My purchase had a battery that was not even secured inside the case and also had glass underneath it which meant it rubbed through the battery and shorted it out …so not only is their customer service terrible but their product is faulty and useless. Purchased an iPhone 13, it stopped working within weeks, we were then ignored by customer service for weeks and when we finally got instructions to return it they took a month to get back to us and lied saying we had water damaged it. WA, it took a little longer to get here (WA is Waite a while) however the phone was better than I expected for the cost. I’m really happy with the purchase and the delivery even though the delivery was a couple of days late. The Pixel 8 Grade A, is not Grade A, In my opinion, it's got a lot of scratches around the screen area, you would have to have very long arms not to see them. battery seems good.
