DO NOT BUY !!! From klika Wallaroo 6x6 Outdoor Event Marquee due to the extremely poor quality and durability of the product. The issues experienced included:
-The wire designed to support the roof pulling out despite not being under tension -Wall straps that secure around the internal poles tearing off -The majority of eyelets either pulling away completely or beginning to detach -Multiple frame joins cracking after only one use -The overall frame feeling extremely unstable and flimsy
After raising these concerns with the support team, I was advised that “the issue appears to be minor in nature and isolated to specific parts of the frame rather than a major product fault,” and replacement parts were offered as the proposed resolution.
I responded explaining that, based on the extent of the damage and defects, approximately 80% of the marquee components would need replacing for the product to be considered in reasonable working order. Given the number of failures after a single use, I have no confidence in the long term reliability or safety of the product.
I did not want this matter to result in leaving a negative review, however I believe I have taken all other reasonable measures to resolve the issue directly with the company before reaching this point.
If a marquee only lasts one use, it ultimately becomes far more expensive than simply hiring a quality marquee in the first place. Very disappointing overall.
Purchasing the home gym was simple with the website being simple to navigate. The price was very reasonable considering the weight being freighted. The boxes were obviously very heavy, but they were intact and the contents had no damage. Flat pack arrived quickly, some assembly required. Assembly instructions 1x1PC, 2x1PC. Received 1x2PC & no 2. Not fit for purpose as there was no way to put the hen and chicks into it, nor was there any access to enclosed section to check them or its cleanliness.

I just drove an hour each way from my house to the depot to pick up the engine because the courier, which I paid for, wasn’t delivering it for a week.
I got the engine home only to realise I have received the wrong part to connect the engine drive shaft to the hydraulic shaft. Unbelievable!!
Follow-up · As a follow up, the company did not offer an explanation. Clearly couldn’t be bothered with customer service. I had to weld a plate onto my old log splitter frame, as the engine was slightly larger and the engine bolts didn’t line up. I rectified the issue without any assistance from Klika

despite the fact that I am a senior citizen. The driver was awfully rude in that he refused to take the pallet that he brought the treadmill on. In all my nearly 40 years of getting heavy and large items delivered, no one ever has brought it on a pallet and if they do, they have always taken it back.
I did call back Klika and they said that whilst they will register a complaint, please don't expect the transport company to comeback to take the pallet back. Most disappointing customer service.
Whilst I don't have an issue with the the item purchased, I would strongly advise to avoid dealing with this company at all all costs. They have had my last custom.

I ordered a camper trailer cover and inadvertently paid twice via paypal without realising. Tthe next morning I received a call from Kerry at Klicka to double check if I actually intended to order 2 covers. After confirming only one was needed , Kerry quickly arranged a refund on the 2nd order which was received back in my account that afternoon. Awesome customer service. Also delivery only took 2 days.

Log splitter - was as advertised, was delivered within the time frame specified and works well. No complaints from me. I was offered a $10 voucher to write a review but they didn't ask for any specific outcome and I'll never use the voucher anyway.

and lifts are available in the building. The driver advised he could only bring the product to the mail box interlock of the building and they do not have insurance to bring the product in the lift. The driver said that I will have to organize myself to take the product to the apartment. The product is extremely heavy and I do not have a suitable trolley to transport the product. This information was not mentioned anywhere on their web site. If this information was available I wouldn't have made this purchase. When I asked for a refund the company advised that they will refund the cost of the product minus shipping cost x 2 as they are required to ship the product back to the warehouse. I made the purchase due to the false advertising of the company. The customer service is so unhelpful and rude. I had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT to get a refund.
