I see a lot of positive reviews for Rushfaster, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite her win New Zealand. to wait for the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. If it’s approved, the only options are a replacement bag or store credit with Rushfaster. I don’t think that’s fair, and I don’t think it’s an acceptable outcome for a faulty product.

The second issue happened around the same time. I purchased another bag, but due to a shipping or customs error, it was returned before it reached me. It then took several weeks to arrive, with lots of admin by which time the reason I had bought it had already passed. Ive not had this issue from any other international seller.

Based on these experiences, I won’t be using Rushfaster again. I don’t think it’s reasonable to deny a full refund on a product that has failed so quickly. Funny enough I now see they don';t stock this brand either so maybe that's why. Store credit isn’t useful when there’s nothing else I want to buy from the retailer.

Lesson learned. If you have the option of buying locally, through Amazon, or directly from the manufacturer, I’d recommend doing that instead of Rushfaster.

Beware of two things before purchasing from Rushfaster: 1. Its returns policy is unlike other stores, whereby they’ll charge for return postage (discounted to $10, which is appreciated) but they’ll also deduct a further postage fee from the returns… Read more

2. Their customer service team is incredibly frustrating to contact, with wait times of 2+ weeks. Their excuse was that not all agents can assist if the case is assigned to a particular agent already. You need to contact their customer service team to complete a return..

Purchased a Mujjo leather case for my iPhone through Rushfaster, which had broken several months into its use. Whilst Mujjo had a 2-year warranty for instances such as these, they stated that protocol was to raise this with Rushfaster first. stood out the most for me was Loridel's enthusiasm and support throughout the process and in our correspondences. When Rushfaster's direct supplier could no longer assist further, the next step was to raise the warranty claim with Mujjo directly - however, Loridel's assistance did not end there. Instead, they took the initiative to fill out the form on my behalf and submit the necessary details to Mujjo. Rest assured that no matter what may happen with your Rushfaster order, you will be in good hands thanks to Loridel and the team!

still within the time frame for returns, per their policy, and I met all returns policy criteria.

I advised Rushfaster customer care that I would organise my own postage bag (at my own expense) as Rushfaster deducts $10 for using their own postal service.

Despite multiple email confirmations and acknowledgments from Rushfaster customer care they’d refund my returned item value in full, per the original purchase price without deducting any further postage since I used my own separate postage service, I’m still out of pocket as Rushfaster still deducted a further $10.

My recent attempts at contacting them to rectify this have proven unsuccessful as they’ve stopped replying to my concerns of the $10 under-refund.

Disappointing customer service and contradictory information, bordering on purposely misleading

Looking through the Rushfaster website, one can tell that only high-quality gear is sold. Everything I have bought from Rushfaster over the years - be it a backpack, thermos, wallet, tote bag - has stood the test of time. When I buy something from this business, I expect nothing but the best in terms of both customer service and I fully expect wonderful products to be delivered to me.

Rushfaster has - for a year now - sent me updates about products I showed interest in (for example, I told them I'd love an updated Evergoods CAS2.... well about six months later, I get an email personally from a staff member telling me that an updated CAS2 had been released). Simply outstanding, and as a lawyer, it is so nice to see a business that is fulfilling their obligations... and going well and truly above and beyond those. So thank you, Rushfaster, for doing what you're doing. You've made a huge difference in my life - and I'm sure you will continue to do so.

For anyone unsure - your experience will be great. And if it isn't, and you don't like a product, please return it - through Rushfaster's extremely streamlined and generous returns process - before posting a negative review here. Each product naturally isn't for everybody, and I have returned products too, and it was very easy. Rushfaster clearly stand by their products!

Throughout the process Jose communicated with me in a timely and pleasant manner, and has turned my experience around so that I now feel I can really trust Rushfaster with future purchases. I stupidly selected the wrong backpack as part of a bigger order. When I realised, I messaged Rushfaster they fixed my order, amended the $ and updated my order within minutes. Jose was a legend. Show reply

BUYER BEWARE - they charge for returns and then if your original order had free shipping they won’t tell you they’re keeping the original shipping fee that you got for free. you receive your partial refund and ask where’s the rest then you’ll see they’ve double hit you for shipping.

Good range and website but lack of price matching means I usually end up buying elsewhere. In short, I study what I want on rushfaster, then usually find it cheaper elsewhere.

Rushfaster is still holding on my money after cancelling my order a week ago. Complaint filed with Fair Trading Office. I ordered a sling bag on 11/02/2025 from Rushfaster and paid for it by credit card as I usually do with many other online retailers. They took the money on 12/02/2025 as shown on my bank statement. requesting a phone screen shot showing the charge before sending the item (no other retailers that I have purchased from demand this ridiculous hassle). I said I did not use phone app for payment, I only used my credit card at point of purchase. I still complied to their request by sending an extract of my bank statement as a substitute for phone screen shot, it showed Rushfaster took the money on 12/02/2025. Even though Rushfaster took money on that day, they did not send the item to me. On 18/02/2025 I sent email asking them to either send the item or cancel the order and refund money to me. They cancelled the order on the same day (18/02/2025) without refunding the money I paid. Today is 24/02/2025 and they are still keeping my money. I have now filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading Office about Rushfaster's conduct. I also filed a report with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission about this matter.

I have bought a few products from Rushfaster and always been happy with the experience. Where I was truly impressed though was when I had an Aer bag with a fault. The speed and efficiency they dealt with my concern was incredible and that means so much to me with a company. I got a replacement bag under warranty and I'm super happy with that. This customer is absolutely chuffed to bits.

importantly it’s the perfect size for domestic and international carry on so I can travel light! Clamshell set up is perfect plus lots of storage options for the ‘need to get to easily’ items. Great service, great product.
