Process is so easy from search to payment. I always compare prices and durability of what I’m purchasing with eBay and other online sellers but nearly always come back to Kogan.com. The chair was as described from the site, the function was very good and really helps with relaxing after a long day, I was very happy with the purchase and relived that it came and was as shown/described. using the remote shouldn't be that difficult to use.
This is an edit to my original review above! So, I thought that using the remote would be easy...how wrong could I be? The ONE thing I wanted to do was remove was the subtitles on all free-to-air channels. I have spent hours and hours going through everything. In a nutshell the supplied remote does not have enough buttons on it to do an efficient and painless job. In the end I used my old remote (from Kogan TV) and was able to delete the subtitles. Not good enough Kogan to supply a good enough remote do the job. I have ordered a new one from another source which will do all (and more) for this new Smart TV. User be aware as even the Kogan Help Centre were not very helpful. Pics show smaller remote provided by Kogan and larger remote sourced from a third party/.
Recently I purchased a Saucony woman's runners from Kogan at a great price. Delivery was quick and product was beautifully packaged. I love Kogan and Saucony. not download the app and didn't join Kogan 1st. I replied they must not touch my money. But they just took it out of my account. From my banking app I rang them, and it was a customer mobile number. They hung up on me. I can't ring them. My friend said it happened to her. I hope kogan in future will get a proper authority to withdraw peoples money out of their bank accounts. I bought a SmarterHome LX16 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop. It is cleaning quite well but I haven't tried the mop as yet. Everything arrived well but the cleaning brush was supposed to be included and it wasn't in the box with the other spare items. I'm not having much success getting in touch with Kogan to send me the brush. Show details · 1
Follow-up · The company suggested a brush to purchase but it was expensive. The vac works well and washes okay. I can't get the app to work, so just relying on the vacuum to go wherever it likes. It does quite a good job and certainly helps me to clean whilst I am recovering from health issues.

promised to refund me immediately, but it didn’t come through, I contact them again through their chat box, and I was told again that they would issue me with a refund immediately & it has now been 2 weeks of correspondence with them just repeating themselves saying they will check and get back to me. Please be aware of this as it’s a scam within the Kogan company and I have a friend that it happened to as well just recently. On top of that, almost immediately after this purchase I started receiving scam/phishing emails impersonating Kogan. Feels like a huge coincidence that this started right after I handed over my details to them. Between the sneaky subscription charge, the useless customer service, and the scam emails that followed, I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Also .. I have noticed with other 1star reviews that they will comment and ask for you to contact them to resolve the issue.. but it’s just a automated response..
