In the past I spoke to the owner of this business. He was helpful and polite. I recently call again after having a fat fire in my BBQ causing extensive damage. I was ordering spare parts from Stuart when I asked him if he could help me with the $440 price. His reply was ' we aren't a charity ' I didn't expect the parts for free and a simple ' sorry sir I can't 'would have been more professional.

Outstanding barbecues together with prompt and efficient service! – The staff at Lifestyle were incredibly helpful when we wanted to rejuvenate our bbq after 12 years of use. All queries were responded to with utmost courtesy and the parts we ordered arrived promptly, even though they had to be sent from Sydney to Canberra by courier. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I strongly recommend this company. The bbqs are made in Australia to a very high standard and they work extremely efficiently.

the specs and speaking to the staff that this was going to be just right. I could have the plate configuration the way I wanted, the wall bracket option was just what we needed to save space, even the cover is perfect, made to fit exactly. You hardly even notice the bbq in the courtyard it is so discreet. It was easy to put together as we had it shipped from NSW to Melbourne. All the parts were such good quality. Very pleased with the investment as I expect it to last for decades !

Quality Australian made BBQ – We purchased a Lifestyle BBQ 15 years ago and we are still extremely happy with its performance. The BBQ is on our front balcony and is exposed to salt spray and still looks as good as the day we purchased it. Cheaper BBQs have steel frames and are prone to rust whereas Lifestyle BBQs are all quality stainless steel and do not rust. Spare parts for the BBQ are always in stock and we found the customer service is second to none.

Top Quality Australian Made BBQ's – I needed a new and bigger BBQ, so began the journey of BBQ reviews ... which is a lot like buying petrol ... it's not fun but you have to do it. We chose the Lifestyle 5 burner BBQ over many other well known and heavily promoted brands and couldn't be happier. depending on what was ordered with everything very well packed to ensure no damage in transit. All of the large stainless steel components i.e. trolley, hood etc need to be assembled and this is not a speedy process. To ensure everything is perfect i.e. no scratches etc all of these large components are plastic wrapped and removal of the plastic is more quickly achieved with two people. The components, screws, bolts, locknuts etc are top quality with everything precisely engineered. Best to assemble with hand tools rather than power tools to avoid any damage. Fitting the burners and flame guards can be a little tricky so be patient. Even the drip tray is so precise you can't wrap foil over the edges ... it will catch and scrunch up. The wheels on the trolley are excellent quality and all are lockable. These BBQ's run HOT HOT HOT and will get to temperature very rapidly. So once lit turn them down quickly ... mine got to 250C in around 5 minutes! We have cooked on the grill and hot plate and are still getting used to the heat of the stainless steel. Once cool, everything is easy to remove for cleaning. If you turn the BBQ on again to ensure everything is fully dried, make sure the BBQ is fully cool again before putting on the cover ... the stainless steel retains the heat for some time. These are brilliant Australian made BBQ's which I have no doubt will last 20+ years. The staff at Lifestyle are professional and very helpful with any questions or queries. Highly recommended.
