Arrived in 8 business days even though there was a cyclone (said it would arrive in 2-9 business days). The customer support is also extremely nice and very helpful. Follow-up · Tracking and delivery worked very well. The watch band arrived but unfortunately did not fit my watch! My mistake I ordered the wrong one! emailed the support team and they advised me to send it back and they replaced it with the correct band for my Fitbit luxe! Follow-up · I pay everything with PayPal so I believe I did the same here. I'm sure they have the returns policy details on their website and the packaging was great, just an Australia Post bubble envelope from memory. Nothing was going to hurt these bands anyway so it didn't need anything flash.
