DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR KOGAN. They are both criminals and so is their other company named Mobile World. They sell defective products and then both of them and Kogan play games and not provide refunds and also keep the returned products. They should be shut down.

Avoid them, do you want to receive a second hand devices when paid the full amount? – Terrible experience, just avoid them at all costs if you value your time and money. 2 months so the agreed on a refund after over 2 weeks of back and forth. So i contact mobileciti to get the refund and they are requesting to see screenshots of the emails from roadhound(how unprofessional) they keep saying that i can have store credit but refusing a refund. After posting them my rights they now say that i sent the watch to roadhound not them so because of that they dont owe me a refund. Stay away from these guys and buy somewhere reputable.

Avoid this company if you expect basic customer service. I bought a brand new phone from them and it was completely dead on arrival. I ended up having to bypass them completely and go through PayPal buyer protection just to get my money back. If you risk buying from them, make sure you use PayPal because their own customer service is useless.

Ordered my headphones on ebay direct fromMobileciti and not only did they come as described, sealed new. They came faster than told. Ordered yesterday 8th December and arrived this morning 9th December. I will definitely buy from Mobileciti again
