I was very impressed with experience with Motorscout. Matt was great, no pressure and got the job done, and done well. I was able to secure my new Subaru Forester (fully optioned), delivered to my front door. The process from start to finish was simple and pricing was great. I was impressed with how easy it all was. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motorscout and use the guys again in the future myself.
Matt was an absolute legend. Not only did he find me the Hyundai Tucson Elite Hybrid I wanted but with his network of dealers he found me one fresh of the boat with leather seats as a bonus for $5,000 less than if I’d bought it direct. So helpful, followed up and made sure everything went smoothly with Hyundai Parramatta.

really stood out was Dave’s customer service. The day after I accepted the deal, he gave me a call just to check in, make sure everything was on track, and see if I had any questions. I found out about motor scout from a face book group relating to the car I was purchasing. A person mentioned they had a great experience and recommended motor scout. I decided to give Motor Scout a try and can honestly say I was impressed with the overall experience and the knowledge of the vehicle and the speed of the Quotes that the representative displayed. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I will be using the service again!

Follow-up · All I can say is deal with tarni no problem on time exactly what wanted with extras petrol mats and reg and slim line number plates and obviously a price that car dealer couldn't match saved a few thousand dollars no extra fees she was very helpful will use her again and pass her onto other people

Have to wait 4-6 mths as that is the wait time Lexus gave me. Matt followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Made enquiry for a Ford, looking at Dealers West of Central Melbourne, as I amlocated 3 hours West from the City . Over 3 weeks only I offer from a dealership an hour East of the City then M/Scout closed enquiry. So emailed Broker Rep ! Nothing very unsatisfactory service lack of follow up . Contacted dealership an hour from home had an offer within 30 minutes Purchased Vehicle 2 days later after Test Drive , Don't bother with Motor Scout
Lack of communication overall. Don't engage finance for your purchase through Motor Scout lack of communication with heavy undisclosed fees and chargers. They will lie outwardly and blatant lie to keep you onboard. How they can say they are number one for overall beats me. Beware!!!!!
Follow-up · The question was asked "were there in any fees or chargers" reply answer was "no". It clearly shown in text establishment fees on credit proposal prefix. On the credit proposal a fee of $990 paid direct or its could placed with credit application amount . For a near everyday for a week and a half we had ring for progress and follow up. Then wait for return call if, if that then was even forthcoming.
Poor experience. Spoke to rep 23/6/26 & he confirmed my request & stated that he would be in touch within 2/3 days with quotes. Never heard back from him. Was a cash buyer with no trade in so should have been an easier transaction. Went ahead & negotiated my own sale for my Toyota Hiace Van.

The Sales Manager from that Company emailed a quotation with all the options I required. George talked me through the process, I paid $1000.00 deposit and now the vehicle will arrive shortly. I could not believe how simple it was, I have on previous occasions purchased vehicles after many trips to dealers trying to obtain the best price.
