Their platform asks for your ID/Username and Password for your bank. This is terribly stupid, incompetent and unnecessary. It does not matter if this is handled in part by Illion. planet earth will advise, and even as part of their ToS, request that you do not share your login details to anyone. That is not banks being overzealous or to void liability, it's common sense.

There are many services that allow scoped, time limited secure connections to your banking data via OAuth tokens, which is still questionable but infinitely preferable to providing your literal bank login, and is at least supported by banks themselves.

This is an insane, incompetent, gross practice.

DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR BANKING PASSWORD TO ANYONE.

Nimble literally asks you to break your banks ToS, completely unnecessarily. I am absolutely shocked seeing this.

Loans are never processed quickly for repeat customers which makes no sense. App and website are very bugged

They will not let me login to my account or change pw. Yet they send me emails all the time. Did not want them at all, they took over from another company. Dirty from the onset, AVOID

I had a loan with them, they lied to me that if I paid it out I could apply for another loan with easy application processed. I paid it then they turned back on the loan application. I complained and then they blocked my account.

explained I couldn't pay upfront. I am disgusted with this company and hope that nobody has an experience like I have. They charge $15 dishonour fees for missed payments and $35 monthly dishonour fee and $1.15 per every transaction. Despite me explaining my significant financial hardship they wouldn't offer any pause to the payment debits and dishonour fees and instead referred my case to debt collection. I'm disgusted.

60 minute loan has been over 60 hours – Nimble advertise "money in 60 minutes" It's been 3 days and they haven't even looked at my application (you can check your application to see what stage it is at)

back expenses incurring fees waiting for these criminals to even acknowledge my request. I reccomend you try someone other than nimble for small loans.

Not recommended – The fees are about 3 times more then the loan is worth, they deliberately take a few days to process so your payment doesn't go through and you then get slammed with more fees! Subsequent calls to your customer service resulted in acknowledgment of the error and assurances that someone would contact me.

Unfortunately, these promises remain unfulfilled, leaving my concerns unaddressed.

As someone facing financial difficulties, the lack of resolution from Nimble has caused undue stress and hardship.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering loans from Nimble and to explore alternative options.

Stay away – I agree with most of these low reviews. I applied a few times years ago. when I was in a tricky situation. Of course my credit score crashed and still hasn't recovered ( wish I knew this). Now I earn much more money and applied for a loan twice as I need urgent funds and was downright rejected. score, which us actually pretty good and also they are the ones that dropped it initially how ironic. Not sure what's going on here but they just rejected me... I don't even think they give money to anyone... unless perfect score but they will destroy it. I applied through the bank and got my urgent needed cash. Never again

Joke a loan company – I'm not sure who these people actually give loans to anymore. I had a couple of small loans a few years ago with them. Paid them all off on time. And since then I have applied a few times over the years and been rejected straight away everytime. I'm still in the same full time job I've been in for 7 years, always make my repayments. No idea what their problem is. But if you are looking for a loan, just go anywhere else.

Criminals – After a nearly ten years of over priced loans with these criminals, I am denied a new loan when my credit rating has never been higher than it is now in the excellent range, go elsewhere for loans and not with these fools. Show details

It’s pretty bad – Ask for too much information and documents and still refused my application. Also was waiting for 2 days for an answer. Not recommended at all

Don't trust – Do not trust nimble will not recommend them to anyone watch out people these people offer you an opportunity to re apply but when you tried too they say sorry you don't meet the appropriate requirements

Disappointed – Applied for loan. Application approved then disapproved then approved but when tried to adjust payment it was cancelled then approved then after several drop outs disproved. I understand disapproved but why approve then same day disapproved

They let me down in my hour of need – I had previously had several pay day loans with Nimble and was regular with payments, so I was shocked when they did not approve my latest application

Nimble is a great service it has helped me out immensely ! – I love nimble, I have been using it for a very long time now and they always supply exactly what I need from them. They have great customer service, very helpful staff, always willing to help with anything you need. there are no questions it just a waste of time. Don’t get tricked into applying for short term loans your better off with their competitors. According to nimble I did not fit the criteria, when applying through another provider with the same loan amount I was approved straight away. So doesn’t make sense how they claim fast approval etc it’s all nonsense.
