Didn’t stick to the warranty and sent me back the non working phone, so I’m out over $700 and no working phone, contacted them for mediation and was told “common sense policy” applies with water damage, BUT the phone definitely didn’t come into contact with any liquid while in my possession. definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

replacement iPhone is to minimise the time without an iPhone. We are getting close to OZ Mobiles having our purchased iPhone longer than we have. This lengthy process has seriously eroded my trust and recommendation for this company.

Absolute rubbish - don't risk it - much safer buying from Apple. Paid over $1,000 for a phone in March that has since died.
