I started a new chat this time with Jessica, she honoured the discount and said I will be receiving a refund. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company. If you're concerned about buying a refurbished phone, don't be, if you're purchasing off OzMobile, you can feel comfortable and confident in your purchase.

I ordered the pixel 7, it was the cheapest on the market while having a 'excellent' condition. It arrived quickly and it definitely was in a excellent condition. It's a used phone so there are going to be things like shorter battery etc, except I got what I paid for while still getting the cheapest on the market. A manager from the service and warranty department has done nothing but renege and change the goal posts on the warranty issue I have with my fold phone. use this phone for work and then freight the faulty device back. All this as per his email's and advice however once taken up on that (the manager) has renege and blatantly lied saying he never said that etc. Even though it is in email and I have sent them back to him. I have learnt my lesson here and I'm urging other to also think about purchasing elsewhere.
It's also unfortunate that ozmobile continue's to renege and refuse to honor the managers word in an attempt to get out of replacing the failed item
I strongly recommend not conducting business while they promote this sort of conduct.

a Flip 4, which also developed screen issues. Unfortunately, I’ve now had two Samsung foldables fail, and OzMobiles has provided no meaningful support in either case.
When my Flip 5 developed a screen fault, OzMobiles refused to repair it under warranty, stating there was “external damage.” I then went directly to Samsung, who inspected the device and repaired it for free under warranty—confirming there was no such damage.
However, just six weeks later, the same screen fault occurred again, despite no drops or mishandling. When I contacted OzMobiles again, they continued to deny any responsibility and quoted over $500 for a repair. I have since reported them to the ACCC for failure to honour their warranty obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Samsung confirmed the issue, repaired it, and acknowledged the device had not been damaged. The fact that OzMobiles still refused to assist—both initially and when the issue recurred—shows a clear lack of accountability and poor customer service.
I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from OzMobiles, particularly for premium devices. If something goes wrong, don’t expect proper support. I will not be buying from this retailer again.
Follow-up · # if they understood that the device they sell is only certified for a certain number of flips and adjusted the warranty accordingly. Do not sell premium devices if you do not have the skills to repair them.

I knew what I was buying for the price I paid and detail on the phone and battery and when it would likely arrive.
