never leaked, developed a leak. Credit to the local contractor who came out and tarped the leak and eventually fixed it, however now I know a leak was made and am constantly on edge when we have rain.

The local contractor was obliging.

Since that time our roof started going back to a mouldy look. I personally feel they used a crap paint and was applied thinly.

Biggest problem with Roof Seal, is now they no longer have any contract in Cairns numerous calls to their office in Townsville and numerous promises that they would be attending, nothing left holding the bag so to speak

I do not recommend roof seal, I was l lulled into believing that they were a professional outfit and as their name suggests seals the roof. All they are a contractor painters that work under that banner and the company themselves don’t do anything to address concerns and no follow-up.

If you’re looking at getting your roof painted, I would suggest scour a local Painter. I would never use roof seal again and especially if you’re in Cairns there is no one here that works under that banner.

I’ve spoken to a local Painter that said my roof does need repainting although it was only done approximately three or four years ago

not at all pushy. and I was glad to receive a reduced price on the agreement of having a sign at the front of my house. The weather has not been very good, which made it hard for them to get started, but Luke came and got the job done in a few days. There was a part of the roof that had been quoted, but didn’t need the work done to it so my initial price was reduced. Paul popped in a couple of times just to see how things were going and came at the end to do a final inspection . The reception staff very kind and thorough in their job that they had to do. Everybody was very respectful and easy to get along with and I’m very happy with the job done.

looks fantastic now, and you can really see the difference after the restoration. The team took pride in their work and made sure everything was completed to a high standard.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and how tidy they kept the site during and after the job. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction.

waiting to hear from them regarding repairing my ceiling. No response to any emails following numerous phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any one.

problems (as you inevitably will) they "ghost" you and will try their very hardest to wiggle out of their supposed warranty. Never again!

We received 4 quotes and Roof Seal was $16,000, second quote was $8,500, third quote was $7,500 and last quote was $6,500. It amazes me that Roof Seal are almost double our second quote and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. They do a lot of advertising on TV and radio, and I guess someone needs to pay for that. Would Highly recommend Roof Seal – From the moment we were quoted by the salesman to have our roof cleaned, sealed and painted we were very impressed with the whole experience.
