I bought a Frankie Flannellette Queen sized, deep sided Fitted Sheet. Washes up well, very well made, no pilling in bed, a little in the washing machine and fits so well, very happy with the sheet, nice and warm, the price and the service from the company, free shipping too. Arrives very well presented in a box. Will definitely purchase from them again when needed.
Customer service is crap. The website states that there is a 10% off for first purchase when you sign up. I did and received nothing. after had a bundle offer of 20$ off when bought together (tops and pj bottoms). And I was expexting a 10% off on top of that. The invoice they sent didnt include this but only the 10% off, which was more expensive than the bunddle itself. Why would i bother with the 10% off then?? When I asked them about it they just straight up ignored my emails. Not sure about the quality but they sure know how to rip people off with their ridiculous pricing and stupid offers that dont even work.

We bought the Rory Washed Cotton Lola Blankets and pillowcases. Unfortunately, we’re quite disappointed with the quality of all the items. and messy. They look old and worn and falling apart. We’ve been customers for a couple of years now and have always trusted the quality of Sheet Society products, which is why we felt comfortable spending over $300 on bedding again this year. Given the condition of these blankets & pillowcases we won't shop there again. I've also emailed Sheet Society twice in 2 weeks since receiving my sheets and they haven't replied which is super frustrating and unprofessional. Poor customer service.

cotton and Leo washed cotton range, and they're adding some great looking prints, new bed covers and other nice looking products.
I haven't tried the flannel but I'm really hoping they're back to how they were initially, when they were made with a much heavier material and were really lovely and soft and warm for the cold Melbourne winter nights...I want to try them again, but bedding is unfortunately a luxury for me, so I can't really risk blowing money on sub par isheets, but when I can afford them I will definitely update. ........
This is my old review,, and I'll leave it up in case they revert back to the poorer quality stock...
When I first started buying Sheet Society products the quality was really good. However they have obviously changed something in the manufacturing process as their sheets are now disappointing and certainly not worth the price.
These days I'll only buy their Eden Cotton range, which so far has held up and is lovely to sleep on, but the rest? Nope. My flannel sheets seriously pilled after one wash and were ridiculously thin and rough. And sure, while the flannel sheets at Target are a lot worse than they were 10 years ago too, they aren't charging the prices Sheet Society are.
That's the issue...you can't cut the quality and keep the prices without people noticing, and you're losing customers as a result.
I want to support this company because they are a small Aussie business and the concept behind the styling is great. But they've sacrificed quality as they've grown in popularity and I can't just risk $200+ on a sheet set that may or may not last one wash.
Oh, and their responses to criticism aren't helping things either...just because you have a lot of customers now doesn't mean they'll return if you continue to ignore all the feedback that mentions the obvious drop in the quality of your products.
A great reputation and loyal customers will serve you in the long run vs simply hiking your profit margins in the short term and hoping for the best.
Maybe listen to what people are saying here instead of getting defensive and telling us that "nuh uh, lots of people love our product!", as if we're making up criticisms, just because.
I used to rave about their bedding but now I just won't recommend them., which is such a shame as they had so much potential.
Poor quality & misleading return T&Cs – Bought the Eden Cotton Organic Warm White range in 2023 and loved the quality and feel of the fabric. quality has definitely declined since our last 2023 purchase. Other purchasers online have also shared similar experiences, which is disappointing.
Return was denied because trying it out for 2 minutes means that it has been used although it hasn't been slept in or washed, in line with their returns policy. I'm not sure how else we'd be able to test it out without setting it up on the bed as we couldn't tell how scratchy it was by just feeling it in our hands.
They also mentioned that it was outside the 30-day return period although we had extended returns as it was purchased during the Christmas period.

to say the sheet society sheets and pillows have become my absolute favourite bedding that I need to get more sets. The linen sheets do pill a lot at first, being a natural fibre but get softer with every wash and are super snuggly while still breathable (I live in Qld so like the weight of bedding but not the heat) I sleep on my side mostly but like to snuggle my pillow so find the low n soft pillow is better for that but prefer a med n firm behind it for when I'm lying on my back. Everyone steals my pillows now though because the are so comfy and hold their shape really well, so will need to get sets for the rest of the family.

Follow-up · Still love my sheets. Easy to care for with gentle wash and low heat drying. They are generously sized and fit my deep mattress with a wide elastic band that doesn’t slip out. Very pleased with them

I've been using the sheets, pillow cases and doona covers from the Sheet Society for around 3 years. inside most of the time, and I have cared for it the same as other items which have not faded. Doona covers - I have two a cotton one and a waffle one. The waffle one seems to have stretched or distorted in size because of the waffle fabric. It's still usable but it's annoying as the doona floats around on the inside a little. The zips have held up, however the zip puller is incredibly tiny and difficult to hold. Not appropriate for anyone older, with big hands or any type of dexterity issues. I don't think I would buy again as I was pretty disappointed in the fading, and I have heard from others that the zips went pretty quickly.

We purchased the Wonder Wool - light and medium bundle and with the weather getting colder, we were trying to put them together and discovered that the buttons on the quilts were defective. One of the quilt had a missing button and the other has a mismatched button. Sheet Society was very responsive and had the quilts replaced within 3 days. These sheets are so comfortable, they are soft and crisp, genuinely like high quality hotel sheets. They are sturdy and stay cool. There was a slight mix up with the pillow cases- I think they were labelled incorrectly during manufacturing, no one's fault!- and the staff were so friendly and incredibly quick to fix the mistake. I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve loved the sheets we get from them. The quality is exceptional. I recently had a set that we had a few issues with and not the usual quality.
