Absolutely steer clear of this company – I booked a service appointment to look at my lap top computer at home. The technician arrived and looked at the computer and then informed me that the computer was infected with viruses even though I had McAfee virus protection. gullible enough to believe him and gave the go ahead. An hour later he said he was finished and the cost was 1450 dollars. I could not believe this and argued with him and finally he said he would break even at 1000 dollars. After further argument I eventually paid that amount and asked for a receipt. He said he did not carry a receipt book with him and would send one by email which I never received. I subsequently found out that the job should have cost no more than 500 dollars. I am an old man of 81 years of age and this dirt bag took advantage of my poor knowledge of computers. Use this mob at your peril .

Rip Off!!! $1200 to remove a virus on my laptop ??? wth – Visit to remove a virus on my laptop cost $1200. All they did was reinstall windows... Quoted a service fee of $150 then charged me $200. Absolute grubs who prey on old folk who do not know much about computers and rip them off... disgusting company!!!
