they underquoted and demanded another 33% more to the initial price to be paid upfront. I had already paid 33% prior to commencement of works. They then wanted me to sign a HIA form stating cancellation of works that meant I was given a refund prior to the refund being given. I would avoid. Untrustworthy.

Quick timeframe and impressive patio – I was very happy with the service and communication from start to finish. It was a quick timeframe which is something I really needed as I wanted it completed with our other renovations. Doug their installer did a great job on building the patio and answered any questions I had.

Amazing service, installation and council process – Very impressed by Stylemaster Patios, we had many other patio companies come out and Stylemaster Patios provided the best design, information and quotation for the area we wanted. We were worried about the council process, although Stylemaster Patios made it completely stress free, we couldn’t have done it without them.

First Class - Highly Recommend – I have had two jobs completed by Stylemaster patios and I could not be more impressed with the outcome, quality and overall affordability. Would highly recommend Stylemaster patios to anyone.

Hope you're not in a rush – We signed a contract with Stylemaster in Feb 2022, they still haven't provided council with the correct paperwork however they keep blaming council for the hold up. After being promised our pergola for Christmas we are still no closer to getting it for winter in 2023.

Bad services & workmanship - terrible! Don't take risk!! – Very frustrated with the whole experience. Terrible workmanship & services!!! The products they ordered doesn't match to the contract. You have to keep on eyes on that.. They don't honor their words to fix the damage caused by them!!! Be aware everyone! Don't take risk!! Hope you don't be another me.. Pay to get hassle! Don't trust them – We had a small awning installed. It leaked in three places and when they came back they managed to crack tiles on the roof but did not tell us. After complaining they did pay partial compensation to cover the cost of repairs however one leak remained. This was treated with silicon but still leaked. they are going to fix. There are other people in our area having the same difficulties with Stylemaster .Tradespeople we have called in to look at the work say it is a terrible job. Be very wary of these people.

Ben did his best to assist Scott and placed an awesome effort into the project. Excellent product and workmanship – Stylemaster built our outdoor patio and the process was quick and easy from start to finish. The rep provided great advice as to our specific needs, wrote an on the spot itemised quote which did not alter and, the work was completed to a very high standard all within 6 weeks. stylemaster carport – Our carport was installed on time and on budget and provided a very satisfactory result. It was designed to meet our site requirements and the installation team was very professional.

team at style master. Adrian talked us through the options of attaching to the roof and gave us the positives and negatives on each so we could make an informed decision. Durning the insulation process the tradies did a great job and had a good sense of humour. We are very happy that the patio has fit very well in with our house design. Our next project is an unground pool with a possible patio area on one end and if we do go that way, we would likely ask Stylemaster to quote. All in all very happy with Stylemaster, just wish our house build was this efficient.

Great job on our carport – We are very happy with Stylemaster for our new carport. They were very professional right through the process from quoting to completion. They were upfront about timeframes and very helpful with design ideas. The finished product is excellent
