Love our Tefal air fryers. We bought Tefal because they promised to be quiet and they are. They cook really well. Salmon, chicken, steak, veges i've even cooked cake. It saves money from using power but it really really saves me time which i value the most. Thank you Tefal and thank you Jamie Oliver 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Show reply

I would not recommend the Tefal White Stone 5-Piece Induction Cook Set. The pans stain and burn very easily, and the marks do not come out, even with careful cleaning. This has been particularly disappointing given the price and the fact that they have only been used a handful of times over the past one to two months since moving in. Despite taking good care of them, their condition has deteriorated quickly.

I am living with my best mate ive know for over 30 years and he has a pit bull dog living in the house aswell. really wrecked it. Naturally i have to replace it and didn't even know where to start looking for a pan like this. I got onto this Tefal site and had help from a lady by the name of Kelly. Kelly gave me a link to click onto and im happy to say, i have now purchased a brand new Tefal Gourmet Hard Anodised Non-stick Fry Pan 30cm to replace the one i wrecked. I won't be cooking on a high heat ever again. I have attached a couple of photos with the fry pan i wrecked and the new one i had to buy to replace it. I'm very happy with the price i got it for and will be buying more products from Tefal in the future. 5 star review just ain't enough for how pleased i am with finding the right product. Thank you Tefal Customer Service

For years I’ve avoided buying an air fryer, just didn’t think I’d need one, until I saw a recent episode of MasterChef. Not that I’m a master chef by any means, but I figured if they can make superior dishes in them then it was worth a try. We went on line, researched the 11 litre double drawer (easy fry) and purchased from an online store. As… Read more ·  2

part of a mid year promotion buyers could receive a bonus accessory gift (worth $99) if proof of purchase was provided, with a 6 week turnaround. Considering it was a free gift I didn’t mind waiting. Within about a week of uploading my receipt I noticed the PayPal receipt didn’t display the item name in full so I immediately emailed Telfal to confirm. Customer service responded within about 10 minutes to follow up my concerns as well as acknowledge receipt, while at the same time the courier delivered the package to my door!!!!!! So not only did I receive my Easy Fry within a week and on a Sunday (yes, on a Sunday and by Australia Post, a day earlier than expected), I received my free accessories just four days later. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING…. Ps. We’ve used it every night so far, last night I made myself soup on the stove and cooked my husbands chips and spring roll (footy food) in the fryer. Wouldn’t have been able to juggle two completely seperate meals (in such a short time) in one go prior to this.

Tefal customer service is TOPS !! – We had a lid of a Tefal Saucepan that while cooking suddenly shattered. Since Tefal couldn't supply the lid only they decided to replace not only the lid but the saucepan too. What a great service, can't complain about that!!! Show reply

Upgrading the Airfryer – Was looking for an Air Fryer that could offer more functions than just Air Fry, liking steamed foods and grilling, the Easy Fry 3-1 seemed the right choice. Having used all functions, steaming dumplings, grilling steak and Air Frying a whole chicken. More than happy with this product. Show reply

Hello perfect risotto! – I love my Cook4Me Touch and use it a lot. So far I’ve found risottos to be amazing. I change the veggies etc to suit but it always comes out perfect. I’ve had hot and miss with the recipes beamed from my phone. They can be a tad clunky. I accidentally pressure cooked my crumble twice instead of using my crisp lid to cook the crumble. I purchased a Tefal Ultimate Induction Non-Stick Sautepan, 26cm + Lid on the 22nd of September 2025. The Lid does not fit the Pan. This company is a complete JOKE! I have used Tefal products for at least 15 years. I have used many of their frying pans and irons. I bought a Jamie Oliver pan and when it arrived, it had a bubbling effect on the bottom. I thought it was part of the technology. I used the pan for less than a year and one of the bubbles on the bottom broke away… Read more

from the pan. So I bought another one to replace it and the new one was not bubbled at the bottom. So I called Tefal to claim under warranty for a new pan to replace the first one that was clearly DEFECTIVE from the start. The attached pictures show the bubbling that was there the day it came out of the box and the chip out of the red part which no doubt I have eaten.

I was told on the phone to send photos of the top and bottom, which I did and to explain everything about it being bubbled from the day I took it out of the box. I told him I live a 3 hour round trip from the nearest dealer as I live in the country, he said don't worry they will send you a new one and you just throw the old one out.

So I send my email and get an email back saying I was at fault (UM NO YOUR PAN IS DEFECTIVE) but they would replace it anyway. So you tell me it's my fault but will replace it. WHAT NONSENSE, admit your product was DEFECTIVE. They told me I would have to send the old pan back at my cost. I told them I would not wear the cost of postage or 3 hours of fuel to get it back to them and I was told by the first support rep that I could throw it out when I got the new one.

Apparently, I'm a complete fool according to TEFAL and I over-heated the pan. Um, I do know how to use a frying pan. I have 3 others that are Tefal and none have this issue so If I was overheating their products all of my pans would look like that. The thing is the others don't look like that becasue they weren't bubbled and defective when I purchased them.

I just called TEFAL and asked to speak to a manager, I was told I could not speak to a manager. I said I'm giving your company one last chance to do the right thing before I post bad reviews regarding this and also report TEFAL to the ACCC....The response....you will love this. "OK you can report us to the ACCC and write bad reviews. WHAT PLANET is this company on. NO respect for their customers, smart attitude on the phone. So here I am with the first of my reviews of their bad after-sales service and their defective products and next, I am making a complaint to the ACCC.

TEFAL, you just lost a loyal customer, and I will NEVER purchase any of your products again or recommend them!

I could not hear him properly and was trying to let him know, he just kept talking over the top of me, I had to say stop, stop several times and then he told me I was rude. Once again, he said that she has to take the item to the service centre. Said he would escalate to Customer Care - felt that this would not work. This person ended up ceasing the call and then I am supposed to give him a rating between 1 & 5 - I gave a rating of 1 and was told by the RVA that this was not a valid number. I tried 2 more times only to be told the number 1 was not valid. This means that you cannot give them a bad rating. In the end we called Amazon (which is where the item was purchased through. I recently mistakenly ordered the wrong size Tefal induction-safe frying pan - a massive one that we'd never use - but only realised that when it was delivered. responded immediately, emailing me a "reply paid" label for it's return. So no delivery fee either way and I've just received the full refund notification. I'll go ahead now and order the correct size. But I regard this customer service as outstanding. So many companies these days seem to have deleted this from their business models, making it as hard as possible, if not impossible, for customers to deal with them, post sale. Tefal/Kelly are the exact opposite. Highly recommend.

We were devastated when our Tefal steam station finally gave trouble and we replaced it with a new one. The new didn't please us, being less efficient than the old one. was most likely the problem. I found All Appliances online, queried which particular part we needed and was given the information back in record time. Within 3 working days, the part was delivered to rural NSW and was installed this morning. The appliance is like new, we gambled $81 on a repair and are extremely happy. So, this has demonstrated a knowledgeable supplier, one committed to a new client and a real option for anyone able to do his own repairs. The company has a diverse range of parts, and judging from my experience, are able to help to establish which particular part you need. That's gold as far as I am concerned.

Disappointed in the result of my recent contact. My 28" frypan (six months old) started to warp in the base. heating up, without warping (convex)." This frypan is advertised as being suitable for induction cooktops - unfortunately, not true as induction only heats that part of the pan in direct contact with the surface. Update from July 2025 In fairness to Tefal, I did receive a follow email asking me to contact them regarding my experience. They asked for the same details as the previous Customer Service Officer, so I sent then copies of all my previously sent emails. The response to the second -time submission was an offer to replace the pan as a gesture of good faith. Thank you Tefal for your offer to replace the pan. I await its arrival with interest.

In addition, despite the replacement offer, they re-iterated that the problem was caused by the pan being overheated. This is at odds with the first "diagnosis" and despite the number of man hours used to pursue this, no-one at Tefal asked for the pan to be returned so they could examine it for themselves. Come on Tefal, you shouldn't assign blame to the customer without first verifying the facts for yourselves. It will be interesting to see if the second pan stays flat on the bottom when it arrives.

Disappointed with the service and the product – I have been a long standing advocate for Tefal pots and pans. My recent experience with the Tefal classic non stick induction hard anodised 18cm pot has been terrible. After several uses, I noticed that the red dot in the centre of the pot was wearing off. Eventually there were also streaks of coating coming off. It had only been 12 months since I… Read more

purchased the pot. I took it back to the store who then told me that I may have used high heat on the pot. One person even said that I had burnt the pot. None are true. What does high heat mean anyway ? No one could tell me this. If the pot was burnt, it would be much worst than what the pot presented. I am still going back and forth with this issue with the store and Tefal. Its great to say that the pot has several years of warranty but when a case is presented that something is clearly wrong with the product, pls assist the customer instead of claiming that the pot has been misused. Its mere assumptions that have been made by Tefal but no one is really listening to what I am saying. This is truely what I feel customer experience should not be about. I am deeply disappointed and this experience has me staying away from promoting or in future purchasing any Tefal products.
