Follow-up · Updating my post ,the proprietor informed me of an administrative issue causing the issue. He has since been personally prompt and emailed me with relevant information to ease my worries. Messenger messages not being responded to. The occasional response I have received is merely to make empty promises of my order being dispatched that day, with no actual shipping ever taking place. Attempts to cancel my order have been ignored, so I am now having to seek recourse through my bank/VISA.
Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews, as I was. This is no way to run a legitimate business, and is looking more and more like a scam operation.
What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a stressful ordeal. Please don’t let the same happen to you – take your business elsewhere!

Excellent company and excellent service. Few small issues but all fixed with no dramas. The Alfa pizza oven is amazing - first Friday night pizza night yesterday and restaurant quality pizza at home. Now for ribs night and Indian.

Although it took a few months to receive my Ziola Pizza Oven and it took a while for me to receive any emails regarding the progress of what was happening, as I was not on the email list for some reason. When the error was fixed I can’t complain about the feedback of what, how or when was happening was outstanding and when delivery was underway the constant emails and text messages was fantastic and delivered very quickly.
Delivery was prompt and hassle free. The oven is great and highly recommended.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called before ordering to confirm stock was available and was assured it was. After placing the order, I received no updates and no replies to my calls or emails. Only after chasing through live chat was I told stock was uncertain, and I ended up cancelling. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable and has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
Don’t bother with the wood pellets from these guys – I ordered the wood pellets to use in an Ooni Fyra, as recommended by the store. Turned out they were pine/softwood. They burnt hot and sooty and smoky with lots of ash. Turns out Ooni specify only 100% hardwood to be used. Do these guys even read the manual of the product they sell? Can you trust them? They are currently ignoring my emails about it...
