Therapy Shoes

Really hurts to walk in them – I bought my size, and they fit on my feet, but they are so uncomfortable. I could barely walk from my home to the train station. I thought they would be a nice work shoe for daily use. Unfortunately, I have worn them outside, so I cannot return them. The slingback doesn't stay on my feet, my feet became raw from the blisters I got. I am always a size 8, and these are size 8. Genuinely quite disappointed because they are so pretty. Show details

Bad sizing – Love the look and style of the shoe however it only caters for one particular size of people….small…. I was very disappointed that the ankle strap that is supposed to go around 3 times was not long enough for me, 2 times it is very loose I can’t wear them at all

Stunning, but runs large – The shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I think the sizes run a little bit larger than most shoes, I'm a size 5 Women's but found the Therapy Shoes size 5 a tad too big. I popped a whole bunch of soles in because the shoes are so cute, and I couldn't imagine returning them. Show details

Disappointed – I ordered my shoes in my usual size 39 They were way too big so I gave them away to my friend. Ordered another pair in size 38 and they are still too big. I believe your sizing is wrong!

Cute but uncomfy – The shoes look cute but are not very comfortable. I got them on a 30% off sale otherwise I don't think they'd really be worth it full-price! Show details

make wider calf boots – didn’t fit boots weren’t wide enough in the calf, only zipped up a quarter of the way had to pay $15 to send back on top of buying a postage bag at the post office material felt cheap won’t be purchasing from therapy again Show details

Shoe order – The lovely shoes I promptly received were too wide across the front of my foot therefore making my foot slip forward — nothing to do with Therapy or the Shoe but at the price they came down too with the 40% off I am keeping them and will find someone ( with a wider foot) very grateful to have them. woefully inaccurate therefore I thought it was crazy to have to pay to return them and they replied saying that long boots typically are tight and therefore it doesn’t qualify for a free return. Poor customer service and experience.

Comfortability A+++ – What a comfortable pair of shoes at a great price! Therapy by name and therapy by nature. Cute but inaccurate sizing?? – The shoes themselves are gorgeous and a very nice style but unfortunately the sizing measurements are totally inaccurate!! I measured my calves beforehand to make sure that the diameter of the shoe would fit, according to the measurements online they would. However when I received the shoes it was a totally different story! beware of this as there is a $14 return fee (which yes I knew beforehand but save yourself the hassle!) Show details

Beware of return costs and sizing – Shoes are nice but are not a standard size - I bought 3 pairs the same size and are all different sizes. The mesh ballet flats are too big and I didn’t realise it is $14.95 to send them back. Will never order through Therapy again.. Show details

Not true to size – Sadly these boots are not true to size, they are the second pair I got from Therapy shoes and they are not true to size again! This time they were too big. Show details

Second pair – I had a first pair arrive faulty, customer service was amazing and replacement was swift (I could choose a refund if I wanted) the shoes are so beyond comfortable. I love them
