Wow, expect the Unexpected – I contacted Weber as a mouse had eaten through the ignition wire on our Weber Q3. I was unexpectedly informed that they would send a replacement kit even though it was a mouse who'd chewed the wire. Wow, that's amazing. What a great product and what a great company that provides extra service, at their cost, when I was expecting to pay. I'm a fan. Show reply
Weber Traveler – We purchased a new Weber traveler bbq a few weeks ago which we love, better than the q series. Unfortunately we had some small issues with the provided gas’s line from the gas’s bottle to the bbq. We contacted Weber Australia who helped us appropriately and in an extremely quick time. We are super happy with our purchase and expect many years of cooking with our new Weber traveler
Love the cart, but why all the plastic and cardboard – Weber Baby Q and Q premium cart flat pack. Love the cart. It is very sturdy once assembled which took me, a single 74 year old woman, 3 hours. Just so you know it's not a quick job. A photo is attached. The thing that got me was the amount of plastic and carboard it was packed in. It is going to take me several weeks to get rid of the… Read more · 2
cardboard in my recyling bin and I would like to know why the plastic was used when all the individual bits were protected by cardboard. Photos of cardboard attached.
Fantastic customer support – We have a Baby Q that is around 2.5 years old. I use it almost every day as we are travelling and it is set up on our caravan. I have had 2 minor issues with it in the last 18 months and have had to contact customer support for help. Both times I have been absolutely blown away by how quickly the response has been from Weber Support and how helpful and communicative the staff have been.
Great products, super easy to use – I use the Webber baby Q almost every night, great easy to use, compact bbq. We take it camping with us and have never had an issue with it. Couldn't imagine using a big bulky barbeque ever again. Show reply

We have been extremely happy with our Weber bbq which was bought as a birthday gift. Had a small issue with the control knobs recently but Customer service here in Australia is great! Thank you to Evie and Rachael….your help was much appreciated. Will not hesitate to buy another Weber in the future. Show reply
I needed an ignition button for my Weber Q 3200 family bbq. I contacted Weber on their Australian website asking if I could buy just the button. 24 hours later Amber from Weber customer service contacted me to let me know a replacement button was on its way, free of charge . It arrived a couple of days later complete with a battery. That’s just plain great service. Thanks Amber! Show reply
My outdoor kitchen is 2 years old, Family Q3600, I absolutely love it, use it 4 times a week, I mistakenly broke the outer burner whilst trying to remove it to clean, snapped the actual gas pipe off the controller, rang Weber on Tuesday after Kings birthday long weekend, explained the situation and they advised that they will send out a… Read more · 1

Retrofitted to our Baby Q and nearly blew ourselves and our caravan up Flames lept out the side of the BBQ Thank God my husband was quick enough to shut off the gas. What an absolute joke. Paid nearly as much for this piece of rubbish as the Baby Q Not only do you have to dismantle your Baby Q to fit it, then it requires its own power source to… Read more
actually use it Very dangerous Why couldn't Weber just fit the device like Ziggy or even the cheaper BBQs from Bunnings It was fitted as per the instructions that came with it Will be taking it back for a full refund
If ordering online with Weber make sure they don't use Team Gobal Express to do your delivery, been getting the runaround trying to actually locate where our BBQ no one has accountability. Not Weber's fault but they need to get better delivery partners!
I purchased the Weber Q+ 3100N+ in early June 2025 and cannot believe how poor the quality of the product is compared to earlier models. I previously owned asimiliar Weber and all components were made of thick steel and sturdy quality knobs etc. This new one has flimsy hardware and very thin steel compared to my older models. The new one does not… Read more
hold the net like the older models and thus limits its effectiveness, especially when cooking pizzas and roasts. I would recommend looking at other brands and certainly go look at a new assembled model before you buy. I would not buy a Weber again after this experience.

Hello guys, Weber is brilliant, has the best products and the best service. If you read a negative review about Weber, don't believe it. I have 7 Weber BBQs and the warranty is brilliant, send images and the item is replaced just like that. Buy Weber!!! Show reply

Have had a Weber bbq for over 30 years and it’s still the same one but decided to try one of the new barrel styles where you hang the meat on a rail inside that was an absolute fail and have gone back to my trusted Weber and the new bbq is now an expensive garden ornament what I am saying is as far as using charcoal to bbq stick with the Weber don’t listen to sales pitches like I did and got bitten Show reply
I am almost 6 years into the Weber experience, with my first being the Family Q. They are not cheap BBQ's, but I was convinced by my brother's cooking record on his range of Weber's and had heard about their amazing customer service. Wow, what a great BBQ it has been! Perfectly cooked thick steaks, roasts of all sorts, swap in the hotplate and fry… Read more · 1
eggs, bacon, sausages without flare ups. The hood down cooking experience has opened by a world of savoury flavours.
Since that first purchase, I have become a bit of a fan boy, and now also have a Weber Go Anywhere (a great introduction to charcoal cooking) and a Baby Q for camping. The addition of a Weber iGrill (a temperature monitor) for Father's Day made it just all too easy to cook larger cuts of meat, especially with the bone in.
Recently my grill plates have rusted and I contact Weber to order some new ones. Their customer service was top class; quick, friendly and helpful. And instead of being charged, they immediately sent me some new plates in the mail for no charge! I had heard many years ago that their customer service was that good, and thats why you pay a little extra, and it was very rewarding to find some 8-10 years later that nothing had changed. Well done Weber.
I'd like to give a Big shout out to Toni and Bella and all the other girls in customer service at Weber at the SA branch I can't fault there services in dealing with a warranty replacement they were very kind and extremely supportive in helping me I truly thank you ladies many thanks ❤️ Webber your Staff are the best ☺️ Show reply

Forever to get thru. No one is trained on pulse 2000. Drip tray and liner is a bad design and will blow out with strong wind. The customer service people actually suggested using a rock or paperweight to compensate for the bad design… seriously?

Crap bbq – Burners rust out, grills rust out, basically as soon as the warranty ends. Then they sell expensive parts. Never had a bbq rust out as quick as the Weber and they are much cheaper. As sales service is a joke.!!
The Best Customer Service – I have an older Weber Q(2011) which I purchased 2nd hand. The Igniter did not work although you could still light it ok .......just not enough heat to brown a sausage ! I rang Weber & spoke to the very helpful Marina, who informed me the Igniter is warranted for the life of the product & she ordered a replacement immediately. She then suggested… Read more · 1
the Regulator Valve & Hose most likely need replacement due to age. I ordered the parts suggested by Marina the following day from Frank, who was equally helpful & he inquired if I had been given the Operator Manual & the Weber Cook Book when I bought the bbq second hand. When I said no, he offered to arrange for them to be sent out to me as well. To my complete surprise the items arrived from SA the following day ! Installation was a breeze & the old Weber Q is as good as new. I rang Weber, this time speaking with the delightful Katie, to tell them how pleased I was with Webers Customer service, & we talked for ages about how & what to cook on my Weber. Dealing with Weber Customer Service felt like you were dealing with a family run business. I could not be happier & highly commend Marina, Frank & the bubbly Katie to Weber management for their above & beyond approach to customer service.
Weber the best! – Weber Customer Service is very helpful and understanding. I have neurology issues causing accident damaging 2 red 1 yellow legs. Weber South Australia sent replacement parts and organising a Weber BBQ installer all free of charge. I’ve got my Weber Family Q going now. Thank you Daniella and Weber Customer Service. Thank you Zoran the Weber BBQ installer for your professional services. Weber the best!
Service is not what it used to be! – We required our third replacement stainless burner for our Weber Q2000 as it had rusted out. The first burner was replaced under warranty as it failed before the 5 year warranty period. This second replacement burner also did not last 5 years. I queried why the second burner was not covered under a 5 year warranty and was informed that replacement… Read more
parts only have a 12 month warranty. The process to contact Weber was much slower than it had been in the past and took a week to organise. Postage is very slow and whilst I paid for burner on the 28th Nov it is predicted to arrive via Australia post on 11-13 December. This is a stark contrast to when I had previously ordered parts and they had arrived express within 1-2 days. This is a real shame as the service and the Weber used to offer was second to none, but my experience this time was unfortunately disappointing.

Do not order online from them – This brand is living in 1990. No tracking number for delivery - literally no support - ignore emails and their customer service hotline is a joke. Do not order from them online. Trust me go elsewhere.
Disappointed – Have always used Weber products and have 4 Weber kettles. Always used the charcoal chimneys but the last one did even last 18months before the rivets came apart. I don't believe the weber products are made like they used to be. Very disappointing
Poor design leading to failures and costly replacements – The Weber Q control knobs are just a poor design. Combined with a gas manifold that seems prone to sticking - the push in to turn fails - the design of a two part weak plastic extrusion rather than a solid piece to form the right shape is just a nonsense. On top of this, to buy the pair if knobs starts at $68 and cost up to $105. In the US you… Read more
can buy them for $20 aud. But they don’t ship here. They sell the large knob on its own but not the small one. The one that has now failed 3 times in tears for me. The suppliers are profiting from poor design and equipment failure. Bought the large Weber q 3 years ago. Less than 10 months ago I had to replace both the gas manifold for $227, and the knobs for $55. The knobs have now failed. The small knob gas manifold lost the push in function a month ago.

Exceptional customer service by Weber Australia – I own a Weber Genesis BBQ and we damaged the temperature gauge on two occasions over the four years of ownership. Also the flavourizer bars started to deteriorate. The BBQ is used very frequently in our household on average 3-4 times per week. We contacted Weber Australia to purchase gauge and flavourizer bars. They were extremely helpful and… Read more
they replaced all parts free of charge. I offered to pay and they would not accept payment. I explained that we damaged the parts but they still supplied free of charge. My experience with Weber Australia has been exceptional on both occasions. I will always purchase their products because of the way they treat their customers.
Outstanding Support Service – I have a 30-year old Weber Kettle BBQ and a Weber Q gas BBQ both of which required service accessories. I contacted Weber Australia and was absolutely delighted with the quality of the service and efficiency of the response. We identified (photo images) accessories and completed the purchase transaction within the space of approximately an… Read more

I was also most pleased to learn that the parts for my Weber Kettle were to be supplied at no charge.
Thanks Bella at Weber for the fantastic service and support
Lid is defective ( or deteriorating ) – Bought a Weber Q. Works fine . Quite happy with it. The problem is that after only 6 years the lid is rusting, or deteriorating . See photo. Contacted Weber Adelaide. The lid has a 5 year warranty, bad luck after that! I have had a cover on the bbq for a few years as well.no offer of replacement, they will be able to offer a new lid for $100.… Read more
Thought this was poor as I thought the bbq would last longer than 6 years before looking like it needs to go to the dump ! Very low quantity product. I didn’t even use it much in 6 years! Consider this when buying an expensive product, will it last more than 5 years ( the warranty). Apparently not with a Webber !
Ultimate Benchmark of Customer Service – The igniter of my 12yr old Weber Q corroded and ceased to work. Rang Weber to order a new one fully expecting to pay. To my surprise and delight the very friendly customer service person took some basic details and said there was a lifetime guarantee on the parts and arranged for them to be shipped to my home. The parts arrived 2 days later… Read more · 1
with easy to follow instructions on how to install. I cannot think of another more positive aftersales interaction I have ever had with a provider. Great product, with exceptional service.
Amazing aftersales service! – We purchased our Weber Family Q 3100 in 2016. We love the roasts, the whole chickens, the steaks, pizzas and bbqs we’ve had. Surprisingly, we went to use it the other day and the ignition switch no longer worked. Even more surprising, when we contacted Weber, they just quickly sent a replacement part. It was completely out of the warranty… Read more · 1
