Dishonest staff – Bought 2 pairs and followed their advice on website if half size to go up. BOTH WERE TOO BIG, paid for return postage with receipt kept including weight details on the receipt. stating i only returned one pair despite I sent them the Aust post receipt with weight documented, someone at the return office either made a mistake or stole the shoes. Then they just ignored me, this all during covid when as a doctor i am wear face shield N95, gown, working extra wknds in ED to help my colleagues even though it is not my usual role. I lost $200 and had ZERO shoes bought, such a dishonest company with lazy staff who dont have to deal with patients coughing in their face during a pandemic and still dont do their job. DONT buy from them, buy locally instead

Quality clogs – This is the second pair of clogs bought for my husband. The first pair lasted for over six years and my husband is very "unforgiving" with his shoes. He says this new pair is even more comfortable to wear and fits perfectly! The clogs also arrived within 14 days of being ordered, despite coming from the UK and the Christmas holiday period! Lovely clogs arrived quickly – The clogs arrived super quickly and are perfect. Well made, comfortable and made with durable materials. Huge range of colours and the pricing is very reasonable. Wouldn’t buy again due to false advertising regarding postage – Good clogs bit heavy for nursing and not suitable for any bunions at all. Easy refund process however sadly didn’t receive the “express” postage fee back that took 7days even though website states 3-5days. Along with the high postage fee to return then so a waste of $50!!. Misrepresenting their business and payments – This company (worldofclogsaustralia.com) is not based in Australia but in the UK. Payments (even though they are in AUD) may be subject to a Foreign Currency Conversion Fee on your Credit Card. When emailed Customer Service that myself and future customers should be made aware of this before purchasing the answer was basically "no". I don't think that is a fair response.

Clog sandals – Fabulous service. I changed my size after ordering and not only did I get a prompt reply but I was advised what would happen and they managed to change the order - again advising me straight away with a friendly email. Overall excellent service – Very fast postage, competitive prices, good variety this all equates to excellent service. of clogs when I was deciding on footwear for this winter and discovered this wonderful site. The clogs are actually supplied from the UK which worried me initially, however both orders arrived within normal Australian postage times, for me in a remote area, and perhaps at less cost. I certainly would recommend this excellent online supplier.
