Great car - Great to deal with - couldn't ask for more – We hired a Corolla Hybrid from Yes Drive and the small inconvenience of the free shuttle bus ride to their depot about 5 minutes away was well worth the saving in cost. It worked seamlessly, the staff were friendly and helpful and the car was near new, clean and a delight to drive. We were free to go to Bruny Island which some companies forbid. Thoroughly recommend YesDrive.

My flight was very late. I notified them and when picking up luggage from the airline carousel, they rang to check I was OK and arrange pick up. They rang me! What a nice surprise. The bus soon turned up to take me to the car rental location a few km away. The bus was new, clean, no ripped seats or dirt anywhere. Very different to my Melb airport experiences in years gone by. The driver was warm, friendly and helpful. The car was modern, clean and perfect for our local travels. Picking up the car and departing was simple and easy. Upon return, the exact same process occurred. Warm friendly staff, simple processes, no stress and all at fair cost.

My airline ruined the start of my trip with major delays. Once I started dealing with the local Tasmanian businesses, the trip improved markedly. I was very impressed. Some people say bigger is better. I beg to differ. Find the right small company and you will be a convert. Well done YESDRIVE.
