Robert persisted with issues that arose, fixed issues that may arise in future that I might not have been aware of. My email accounts got set up as well as completing data transfer-bonus. He advocated professionally for me with a large store who had charged me a lot for virus protection. The whole interaction and process was seamless, as an older woman (65) he made me feel included in the process, not Dumb! and has provided a contact if issues should arise in the future. After being Hacked once, it was very hard to let anyone back in my PC remotely, However Robert was very professional and able to put my mind at ease. (Went above & beyond) and turned out to be totally trustworthy !!!

They had changed all my details, created new email addresses/phone numbers and date of birth and made it impossible for me to get in quick enough to change any information back. Being that i was not trusting of anyone at this point i quickly searched for a computer repair company and Rob at Zoo Computer Repairs was who my gut went with. Rob was straight on the ball with my situation instructing me to bring my computer to his location, something else I was extremely concerned about at the time being that my privacy had just been violated and Rob was a complete stranger to me. I did what he asked and we sat there and went through every possible measure to try and get the intruders out without much luck on the day. All I could do was sit and watch my life stand still, my privacy was breached. I felt ill that these heartless people could take over my existence without the blink of an eye while my life feel apart helplessly watching. Rob never gave up. The amount of time and effort this man put into what had happened to me is something that I am forever grateful for. He researched his own contacts, day in day out intensivly to find the loophole where these intruders had gotten in. He stayed in constant contact with me, even at times outside of business hours to reassure me that he was doing everything in his power to give me back my peace of mind. Unfortunately this went on for weeks until one day the intruders made their attack again by becoming active but Rob was one step quicker! He managed to get into my accounts and acted quickly to get the intruders out. Rob was extremely determined and never gave up. He knew how distraught I was and wanted me to regain my privacy and my peace of mind. Finally the day came and they were out of my accounts. Rob had done it! The social media platform (which were not a great deal of help) finally locked my account after countless times of trying to contact them and I was finally relieved that the intruders were out, but only thanks to Rob! It took 12 months before I could activate my accounts again but that was fine as I knew Rob had restored my peace of mind. For his time, his effort and his constant determination i will be forever grateful for and I would highly recommend Rob's services to anyone who encounters any computer situations beyond their control. Almost 18 months later and Rob still checks in on me from time to time to make sure everything is going well and nothing has resurfaced. Called Robert after we got scammed and they installed software to remotely access the computer later. Robert completed the work on a weekend as well at no extra charge. overwhelmed with knowledge and attitude. called Robert because we were having issues with telstra bigpond, and he moved us over to gmail but did it in a way that we don't have to go and tell everybody our new email address as we will still get our old emails, but then everyone's address will be updated with our new one. very polite and knowledgeable, no problems at all, solved my problems with my microsoft word issue, apparently the store had set it up under another email address, while we were not able to recover it, Robert assisted me in buying office as well as configuring it on my new computer. He also set up a better email program than having to go to outlook website each time thus avoiding the ads.
