No star rating for this company as it seems to be a scam. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, rang them as it was getting late in the day. They reassured me they would be delivered by 6pm. Well that time came and went and guess what - no flowers. I can only assume this is a big scam - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE - IT IS ANSCAM

I think not having someone answer the phone in the day, is a neg for me, Took several attempts at the online purchase. Twice for the sight to work properly. a family member, no size, or type of flowers, etc. Also slow response to question asked. And. I was surprised I had to pay another $40 to be sure to get flowers out by 10 am? When next day delivery is supposed to be guaranteed & free, others off free all day! An 8 was too hight, so offering a 7. Too many unknowns & extra expense. I didnt pay the extra $50 for a simple glass vase, though it is shown with the flowers in the photo! shownwill I use you again?not sure. Rather call and have questions answered first. .

Nothing went wrong. My aunt is 102 years old and is unable to speak. I dont get any response from, her or the aged care facilities. I will use 1300Flowers again nice website, easy to use with lots of information at your finger time ie easy to change the the flowers, delivery date and time. Flowers are always fresh. My only issue is that even though i ordered the flowers last week they still didn't get delivered until; late afternoon. When its somebody's birthday would be nice if they could be delivered before lunch especially when order has been in the system in advance. . Show reply

When placing my order I received a message informing me that my choice of flowers where not available, I then contacted the number showing on the screen and the lady was very helpful and she asked to wait for a few minutes. I received a text message on the delivery which was lovely. I received a message from my friend and she said the flowers were beautiful. Happy customer.

The process went exceptionally smoothly, from start to finish. I even received a phone call from the florist to discuss a couple of minor issues I raised in my discussion with the order. These issues were resolved to my complete satsisfaction. Perhaps the only improvement you could make is a short note advising what can be done to make the flowers last as long as possible, e.g. how much and how often to water.. Show reply

My order was not delivered on the day it should have been or by the guaranteed delivery time. Upon follow up, there was no response from the florist to the 1300flowers team who were trying to find out what was going on. without any communication with myself or the 1300flowers team to discuss. The service from the 1300flowers team however was fantastic and I could not fault anything that they did to assist with organising the redelivery of a new arrangement next business day. .

I sent flower to an elderly friend in Canberra. My original order could not be filled with the flowers I ordered. I was contacted and offered alternatives, including a photo of the changed arrangement, which I was happy with. Then when the flowers were delivered, the delivery person offered to carry them inside to make it easier for my friend. Great service and thank you for being so kind and assisting her. . Show reply
