The service was the best! The communication was fantastic, and Deleece was absolutely wonderful. After having a terrible experience with another florist where the flowers didnt turn up, and when they finally did arrive, they were 5 days late, I was so impressed with this company. I ordered these flowers from the UK for my sister ,who lives on the Gold Coast, for her birthday as she loves orchids and I thought they might last longer than other flowers. Although I paid for express delivery, they went above and beyond, delivering my girlfriends birthday flowers first thing in the morning, before she had even arrived at work. everything beautifully presented and waiting on her desk made such a difference, especially after shed had a couple of challenges that morning and received some difficult news a few days earlier. She told me she couldnt stop smiling all day, which was exactly what I had hoped for.

Ordered flowers on behalf of my family for a funeral. The deceased was a family friend of over 50 years. I placed the order online for Lilies and free candle. Ordered from the UK for a funeral. Unfortunately these couldn't make the service. However, communication was excellent and managed to get them delivered the next day to my family's home. Family members sent photos and it was a wonderful surprise to learn that two beautiful bouquets had been delivered. $18 off delivery but spent over $150. This was completely misleading but I had already got to the check out..
Follow-up · I used Sarah's flowers again with a sympathy bundle. I saw a photo of the flowers and they looked awesome. The Candle is a great idea following the death of a loved one as it can be lit in memory. I got an extra bonus with chocolates and a satin ribbon thrown in as a previous customer. The whole thing was well received and delivered on time as it said it would be, Thank you!!

time has been even more disappointing. The delivery was not made as promised, despite paying additional charges, including same-day delivery fees and other costs that were added to the order. When you are paying a premium specifically for a promised service, you expect that commitment to be honoured.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I deliberately gave them a second chance after last year’s experience. Unfortunately, the same issue has happened again.
At this point, I simply cannot recommend Sarah’s Flowers for anything important or time-sensitive where you need to rely on the service being delivered as promised.
For casual, non-important occasions, you may choose to take the chance. But for something meaningful or where timing matters, I would strongly advise having a backup option rather than relying on them.
Very disappointing to have given a business a second chance and be let down again.

size of a picture & still cost me $150, absolute graveyard robbery! To make matters worse, delivery guy called to ask for my help as he could not find the address. It either wasn’t written on his order that it was a church or he didn’t read the order. After I specifically told him to drive into the church yard & if there is no one there to only then leave the flowers at the church door, he left it all at the side gate which was closed. We were lucky that priest made a round & discovered flowers otherwise we would not have it for the funeral. I have written to the company explaining what happened but so far no one bothered to get in touch. This florist made this very hard day even worse, caused us all totally unnecessary heartache & anger. As a family we will never use these services again & will also make sure to let others know about our experience.

DISGUSTING AND DEAD FLOWERS sent! They should be TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!! They have “ no care factor” at all in their quality and standard. They take your money and slip, slop, slap a poorly arranged bunch of flowers together, that looks like a junior school kid has put together. a $100 arrangement, that looks like a $20 bunch of crap flowers from Coles Supermarket!
