Ordered flowers on behalf of my family for a funeral. The deceased was a family friend of over 50 years. I placed the order online for Lilies and free candle. Ordered from the UK for a funeral. Unfortunately these couldn't make the service. However, communication was excellent and managed to get them delivered the next day to my family's home. Family members sent photos and it was a wonderful surprise to learn that two beautiful bouquets had been delivered. Very considerate and personal business which deserves your order. I had tried one before them (B&S) who claimed to be in Tewantin but weren't. size of a picture & still cost me $150, absolute graveyard robbery! To make matters worse, delivery guy called to ask for my help as he could not find the address. It either wasn’t written on his order that it was a church or he didn’t read the order. After I specifically told him to drive into the church yard & if there is no one there to only then leave the flowers at the church door, he left it all at the side gate which was closed. We were lucky that priest made a round & discovered flowers otherwise we would not have it for the funeral. I have written to the company explaining what happened but so far no one bothered to get in touch. This florist made this very hard day even worse, caused us all totally unnecessary heartache & anger. As a family we will never use these services again & will also make sure to let others know about our experience.
DISGUSTING AND DEAD FLOWERS sent! They should be TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!! They have “ no care factor” at all in their quality and standard.
