The postage has always been fantastic and quick, I was running a little late in sending my mother's birthday gift. The special goodies in your gift boxes were lovely, and it was great that I was able to swap things to make it more personalized. However, what started as a $50 gift turned into a $95 gift, due to delivery costs. A bit disappointed in that respect, but it was wonderful to be able to spoil my dad all the way from New Zealand.

I was ordering from Ireland a last minute gift for my daughters hen party weekend! I ordered late on the Tuesday night, and my daughter received it first thing on the Thursday morning. The gift was also engraved so very quick turnaround! She was delighted with it. Great service.
My aunt absolutely loved her hamper! She actually was going to buy herself the book which I didnt realise. Her favourite item was the T2 gorgeous geisha which we came across at xmas. We found little luxury efficient and easy to use. Would be good to swap out the wine in the hamper we chose for people that dont drink but the swap out choice was just for different wine only, so we had to pick individual items which was more expensive, but a good experience would use again.
This was the perfect Gift for my friends engagement, so easy to order, and delivered to my doorstep. The packaging was amazing with a personalised ribbon and card. Highly recommended
Husband loved the beer hamper. It was well presented and box is impressive. The chocolates and goodies were delicious and fresh. He knew most of the beers and definitely made his day

I have now ordered on 3 separate occasions and each time the gift arrived super quickly. Love that and how well each gift is presented. 2 cons: every add on/delivery are pricey and unfortunately the engraving on chopping boards doesn't last very long if using the chopping board
Would give zero if I could. Sent the package 9 days earlier than requested. Did not delay sending it at all to accommodate the request. Offer code for savings did not work. Response from the company was no care and no accountability.

this ) Australia Post delivered Friday afternoon ( Sydney - country Victoria ) . That is the next day just over 24 hrs. . Although I did not get to see the parcel , I did however receive a phone call from Mum & Dad to say that they were delighted by the care taken , the attention to detail in the packaging and the card. It was an amazing experience all-round for Mum & Dad who appreciated the sentiment and the special gift.

“A little luxury” is definitely a gifting company that I will be using again and again because of a few things : The website is very easy to navigate. If there’s a product that’s out of stock you can easily change it or even add extra items to create your own package or personalise the gifting arrangement including the ribbon. The payment options are plenty I used Afterpay which was very convenient I have nothing but good things to say about this company as I’ve used them five times and this last time was exceptional service.
