When compared with the example shown on the company's website, the finished result looked quite different and did not meet the standard I would expect from a personalised gift.
After receiving the item, I went through the ordering process on the website myself to better understand how the issue may have occurred. I found there was no preview or proofing process allowing customers to see exactly how the engraving would appear before ordering. In my view, this makes quality control especially important before personalised items are produced.
When I contacted the company and provided photographs showing the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility, maintaining that the item had been produced exactly as ordered. Although they acknowledged that the apostrophe style shown on the website differed from the finished product, they offered only a small discount voucher rather than a meaningful resolution.
What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to acknowledge that the finished engraving did not match the quality or appearance reasonably expected from the website examples. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the response felt dismissive and overly reliant on policy.
While I appreciate that personalised products are custom-made, I would expect better attention to detail and a more customer-focused approach when genuine concerns are raised. Based on my experience, I would be reluctant to recommend this company.

this ) Australia Post delivered Friday afternoon ( Sydney - country Victoria ) . That is the next day just over 24 hrs. . Although I did not get to see the parcel , I did however receive a phone call from Mum & Dad to say that they were delighted by the care taken , the attention to detail in the packaging and the card. “A little luxury” is definitely a gifting company that I will be using again and again because of a few things : The website is very easy to navigate. If there’s a product that’s out of stock you can easily change it or even add extra items to create your own package or personalise the gifting arrangement including the ribbon. The payment options are plenty I used Afterpay which was very convenient I have nothing but good things to say about this company as I’ve used them five times and this last time was exceptional service.
