I don't live in Perth where the bunch was sent too - so to see a photo with the confirmation of delivery would be reassuring. Also, I like the fact you could update the order online, as my son's name was spelt wrong on the card (but it usually is it's a different spelling.) I could update it online so that was a good feature. Overall, very happy. .

complaint and the solution that they have provided is for me to take the terrarium back to restore, but unfortunately there is none near me. I have been called them to speak about it and advise I can’t return the item but given that it came soiled the right thing for them to do is to replace it they expect me to put it outside to check for more bugs etc. Which I find totally unacceptable. I was so embarrassed that the plant was diseased I would never order from this outfit again given that they don’t stand behind their product and are not willing to do the right thing. I have since received an email proposing a refund of the terrarium cost or replacement of the terrarium . I have chosen refund for which has been processed.

Willy’s portrait was given to her shortly after he passed away, and she absolutely loved it because Willy truly was her little baby. Toro had passed away a few years earlier, and she later asked if I would have a portrait made of him as well since they were both so special to her.
I chose not to have the portraits framed because I wanted to select my own frames. Looking back, I probably should have had the company frame them so they would be identical. As you can see in the photo, the frames are slightly different, but that’s only a minor detail.
What I appreciated most about this company was their willingness to work with me until I was completely satisfied. For Willy’s portrait, they requested the clearest photo possible. Unfortunately, I couldn’t provide a better one since Willy wasn’t my dog, yet they still did a fantastic job capturing him.
With Toro’s portrait, the first proof arrived without his collar. I asked if they could add it, and they happily did. Then I noticed his name was missing from the collar, so I asked if they could include that as well. They were incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, making revisions until every detail was exactly right.
The portraits also arrived promptly, and the quality is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for a meaningful keepsake of a beloved pet, I highly recommend this company.

The parcel was not left at the door although we would be happy for that to happen. A card was left instead and because it was addressed wrongly, our gift recipient did not pick this up. The parcel was returned to the company and now the company is deducting $11 of my credit for this return. So I did not receive my parcel and I lost $11 instead. What a scam of a company Hamper Emporium is!

SHEIN was the only retailer she was interested in, so this was the reason I chose this gift card.
When she went to use the $20 gift card, we discovered that it cannot actually be redeemed directly at SHEIN. The only option available was to swap it for a SHEIN voucher, but the minimum voucher denomination is $30, meaning the $20 gift card is effectively unusable for the retailer it was advertised for.
This limitation was not clearly disclosed on the packaging or at the time of purchase. Had I known that a $20 card could not be used for SHEIN, I would not have bought it.
I contacted The Card Network, but they advised that this is due to a limitation with SHEIN and would not provide a refund or a $20 SHEIN voucher. However, my purchase was made from The Card Network, and I believe they have a responsibility to accurately represent what their product can actually be used for.
Very disappointing experience. A gift card should do what it claims it can do, and any important restrictions should be clearly communicated before purchase.

bouquet to be delivered to my wife for her 50th birthday. We were home all day, yet the flowers were simply left outside in the sun. No one knocked on the door, rang the bell, or made any attempt to let us know the delivery had arrived.
By the time we found them, the flowers were already showing signs of heat stress and looked far from the premium product we expected.
When we contacted Mr Roses and sent photos of the condition of the flowers, the response was incredibly dismissive. We were simply told to "cut the stems" and place them in water. There was no apology, no ownership of the issue, and no genuine attempt to resolve what was a very disappointing experience on an important family occasion.
For a company that markets itself as a premium flower delivery service, both the delivery process and customer service fell well below expectations.
I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to send flowers for a special occasion consider using another florist. Unfortunately, this experience turned what should have been a thoughtful birthday gift into a frustrating disappointment.
