I was please haw fast they came to do the jobs. They respect the appointments and you have time for your routine and to solve your problems. The first time the water came with air, is normal, was on pipes, but you have to do easy.
Accredited Power Saver were fantastic to deal with, clean installation, clear and transparent regarding pricing and friendly customer service, hoping the system works well! Show reply
Really disappointed – DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY I employed this company to fit two heater pumps on my property 1 for my main dwelling and 1 to my rental property behind my house ! The guys came out and fitted up both pumps I paid the chap and after payment he showed me the job to my absolute dismay he showed me they had just put the large compressor unit right in my… Read more
only side access walkway and not wall mount it at a reasonable height like all compressors I couldn't believe it . I explained I'm handicapped with advanced Multiple sclerosis and I need to access The side walkway with my wheelchair and mobility scooter to go from front yard to the rear and from the rear yard to the front I also explained how the Tennant's when they move have to bring all their furniture down that side access and need that walkway at least to get their belongings in and out ! The tradesman just told me to email the company ! I sent numerous emails explaining my situation and photos and they said they couldn't help ! Unbelievable the pipework in the garage was absolutely shoddy as well they wouldn't address that either ! All I wanted was the unit mounted up out on the wall out of the way as it should be and the pipework fixed . I absolutely would not use this company and please spread my story as much as possible to make sure other hard working disadvantaged people don't get taken advantage of either
Very upset – I had two gentlemen come today lokked at the job and said we cannot do the job because the boiler will crack on a slab of concrete with a 315 litre boiler sitting on the square concrete telling me to buy some concrete and make a 60 x 60 square .Also for the aircon sitting near the new boiler apparently it can be mounted on the wall , I have a… Read more
double brick house , they never mentioned that the little air con could be mounted. Do we live in a third world country . So mean time I have no hot water. Wow unbelievable

Incompetency +++++ – Its rare that you deal with a company with such incompetency. The guy that measured, left the comoany the next day and my installation was halted. Ivecalled approx 5 times and they have absolutely no idea whats going on. Whoeverthey have that answers the phone are being paid too much. I was quoted everything from free to $287. I uave 2 systems in… Read more
my business and even though rverything was measured, they only had 1 written down. Honestly just call them and ask them a question for the fun of it. They know nothing. I went elsewhere.

Accredited Power were wonderful and very efficient from the initial assessment through to the installation, audit and follow up. The trades were timely, friendly and knowledgable so that our new hot water system and all associated paperwork has been hassle free and is working beautifully.
Quick installation and great service... had hot water and ducted heating replaced
Very professional and friendly service Replaced aging gas hot water heater with electric heat pump No hidden costs -total cost $998 Highly recommended

Waited 4 months after paying a deposit to have downlights changed over. Had to continually follow up to be then told they bo longer do in my area!
Do not deal with Accredited Power. I had my heat pump hot water system installed in November 2023. I am now trying to get a repair done under warranty. Accredited Power want no knowledge of this and tell me I have to call the manufacturer - even though this was all organised by Accredited Power! They transferred me to the "manufacturer" under the… Read more
guise of telling me it was going to the warranty dept. Failed to tell me it was going to another organisation. Accredited Power keep repeating that is up to me to contact the manufacturer. All they will assist with is providing email and phone number for their manufacturer. Manufacturer advised on Wednesday a technician would be here today. No one. Communication from Accredited Power has been very bad. Assistance has been very bad. I am sorry I didn't go through a more reputable business.

We had a large Ecogenica split-system heat pump hot water system installed in May 2024. It has worked like a dream, and it allowed us to finally disconnect for the gas network. The reason I am writing this review now is that we have just got a solar panel / battery system, and I was trying to work out if there was a remote control for our system… Read more
so we could change the heating times. By default, the heating happened between 0400 and. 0600, but we wanted to take advantage of cheap middle of the day rates.
I rang accredited power / Ecogenica a week ago. The person I spoke to had an engineer ring me back within minutes. Our model did not have a remote control or a control panel, but the engineer organized for someone to install install a separate control panel for us the next day, at no cost.
This is amazing after sales service. And as said above, the system itself has been great.
The guys from Accredited Power Saver were professional, communicative and very helpful. They arrived on time and notified us throughout the whole process from approval to delivery. Can't recommend them.more highly
Do not get this company to install your smoke alarms – Had smoke alarms installed 2 years ago by Accredited Power. These were supposed to have minimum 10 year lithium battery life. Recently two units started beeping with battery faults. When this company was contacted they said they only offer 1 year warranty and to take up the matter with the manufacturer.
Be very cautious if thinking of using Accredited Power – We have received several brochures in the mail from Accredited Power stating free, hot water system, government backed. It claims its cost $388 to install the 215 L hot water system. It said the offer ends in June. I immediately called the company to make inquiries with the plan to go ahead with the hot water pump. As directed, I sent photos of… Read more
where the current hot water system is. Depending who I spoke to depended on whether it that was okay or not to instal it. I suggested maybe somebody from the company should come out to have a look, but I was told that they don’t do this. This raised a few red flags.
On Friday, I was told 215 L system cost $600+. I question that and was told someone would ring me on Monday. This person told me that the cost is now $1200+ and they weren’t going to honour what is written on the brochure of $388. I again questioned this, but was told that is the price. Too many red flags here and I have concerns about the Integrity of the company. I most certainly am not going ahead.
Not very knowledable, highly recommend avoiding this company – I wanted to get a heat pump water heater through them and was told "You are correct, the rebate can only be used for 1 Energy Saving Program." when I asked them to confirm they were saying if I had a rebate for my solar panels I couldn't have one for a heat pump. They were wrong. If I had a rebate for solar batteries or a rebate for a solar water… Read more
heater or of course a heat pump already I would be ineligible. I checked with other providers, the Victorian government's website, other third party sites, heat pump supplier sites, etc and they all said I was eligible.
I went with another company, I got my rebate through Services Victoria who are fully aware I have received the other rebate of course and it's confirmed in their questioning (e.g Is your home still valued under $3M?").
Before you tell a customer your product is going to cost $1000+ more because they're not eligible for rebates you would probably want to be very confident otherwise there are other places who will say I can do the rebate and of course I will go with them.
On their site they say "Reach out for a personalised QUOTE and help with your rebate application". I personally advise going some place else if you want advise on the rebate or help applying for any.
Update:
I tried letting them know I was eligible, moved forward with another business, etc. They replied saying there is no way to know if I was eligible in advance.
They sent me a link to apply for the rebate and a quote. But it was just a dollar amount in the email no actual PDF of the quote, what system I'm getting, what's included, etc.
First of all you can know if you're eligible in advance the criteria is public. It's not like millions of people apply, give their information, and it's a lottery.
Secondly if they believe that why tell me I'm not eligible?
From 2/5 to 1/5 stars. I read the other reviews and I think you should 100% avoid this company.
Not happy – Had a heat pump water heater installed, was informed that the compressor would be as quiet as an air con unit. My unit has a bad vibration and appears more noisy than promised. Installer said it was not his problem, manufacturer agent was more constructive, when walking away, he shook his head and said if it continues, ring him back. I should have looked at an already installed unit prior to sign up.
Excellent Service for HWS – We responded to the Accredited Power leaflet for a government subsidised Heat Pump hot water system at Forster NSW. In spite of mixed reviews online, the service by Accredited was excellent. Follow up to our application was quick and professional. The plumber gave notice of his arrival time and was most obliging. The installation was complete… Read more
within a week of our application. We cannot vouch for after sales service, but the ordering and installation service was exemplary.
Incompetent at every turn – Reached out to us to replace our hot water tank, we have a hot water pump. Sent photos as requested, this was considered okay and progressed. We cleared out the area per their request (which took some doing). Was told the week before install that they'd have to delay a month and a half, okay it happens. Was told the day before delayed install that… Read more
tank wasn't available, could they charge us double to install something we didn't need. Said no, continued to call because suddenly the found the right tank. On day of install, contractor said no, they can't change hot water pump.
Just, incredible work, guys. Do not work with this company.
Very bad experience, highly do not recommend. Do your own research! – Accredited Power Saver Co was dishonest in their sales and charged us with additional fees we didn't need to pay for. This is also partly my fault. Please do your own research. Otherwise, they can and will take advantage of you. In addition to this, they have installed a faulty hot water system for us. They barely provide any support after… Read more
installation and don't care once they have your money.
I do not recommend them. Be careful as there are better alternatives out there for a hot water system. They are making a lot of money with the government funding scheme.
Note: This is not an upgrade. You are using your government rebates and additional fees for a possible downgrade. Do your research.

Did not turn up – They made 2 appointments with me to change my lights to LED's. I took a day off work each time. They cancelled during the morning on both occasions. I would not use them again
Don’t get caught out- – I rang accredited power and was told they provide free led down lights. I had a lovely guy turn up was then informed that if you don’t have downlights they don’t give you down lights. They charge you 2 per light globe to change. They only change like for like. Please don’t waste your time with this mob. Show details
Thank you – Last Thursday (20th July) Ibrahem the electrician came to change my halogen light bulbs for LED ones. Ibrahem worked so efficiently , was so very pleasant and reassuring that although I had been dreading having my bulbs changed it turned into a very pleasant experience. Ibraham was efficient, competent, careful and very pleasant indeed. He… Read more
explained everything to me very carefully. Thank you Accredited Power, thank you Ibrahem and thank you NSW government. I eagerly await my next and lower electricity bill!! Sara
Very bad Customer service – They connected my hot water system, I had a problem with it the 2nd week it was put in. I contacted them they were very rude and the tech that was appointed to come out didn't show up.
Thankyou – Very impressed with the professionalism & efficiency of the installation of the down-lights in my home by Ibrahim. Very personable, friendly & willing to answer any questions I had. Thankyou very much.
Good service highly recommended – The service provided recently in Kyle Bay is excellent. The ladies answering my phone inquiries were very helpful. Thanks to Lilian for changing the date as I requested. Mahammad, the Electrician, was very skillful and completed his job efficiently. I would highly recommend Accredited Power, not only for supporting the Company but also the Government project for energy saving. Show details
[Content Removed] – Accredited Power Saver are the worst company I've had to deal with. The customer service is the most disgusting service I have ever had to deal with. They have [Content Removed] electricians installing the wrong products that I purchased, they used bluetack to stick my smoke alarms to the ceiling, they refused to give any sort of compensation for… Read more
the appalling service. I asked them to come remove all the snokealamrs they installed because I refused to pay for their atrocious services and was told that they would not uninstall the smoke alarms. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment.
NSW Gov Scam Artists – Whatever "energy efficiency" this garbage hot water pump system provides will be entirely offset by the fact that apparently it is mandatory that it is hooked up to your Main Load rather than Dedicated circuit - my power bill is now 95% "Peak" (ie I am paying at a higher rate). When shocked by this bill and after spending time contacting my energy… Read more
provider, it was determined that this was entirely referable to my hot water usage. Contacting this company which installed the system under the pretense of "saving my household money on our power bill", an explicit claim they make upon organising to have the system installed, they then confirmed that it is known that the system must be connected to the Main Load. I followed up informing them that this has not reduced my power bill but actually increased it since the tiny % decrease in water usage (which may or may not be referable to the system itself - entirely possible my household are just having slightly shorter showers and using dishwasher a little less) is fully offset and even eclipsed by all of my hot water now being charged as peak usage, more expensive than off-peak, which is the entire point of the dedicated circuit for hot water that this system apparently is designed not to interact with.
After questioning this in a single email, Accredited Power Saver now no longer reply to any contact from me and I now need to pay hundreds of dollars to have their $33 garbage system which they install so cheap under a taxpayer-funded NSW Government scheme. There was nothing wrong with my existing Hot Water System which they took away and destroyed, so this never needed to be replaced in the first place. I was merely conned by the promise of a next to nothing brand new one that promised to future-proof and add value to my home under claims of energy efficiency 'accredited' and approved by the NSW Government.
Had to give one star but it’s actually zero – Just got offer for $33 led replacement for third time. To cut a long story short, I tried first for LED replacement but the electrician claimed he could not do them as the new globes were allegedly incompatible with my transformers. He had done my neighbor’s house which had same builder and same fittings but told me their rules had changed. On… Read more
receipt of a second offer I tried again and ordered whole light replacement at around $20 each. Spoke several times with electrician, swapped several texts and sent photos to establish number required. My appointment window was 7 to 12 a few days later. Electrician arrived at 11.45 without sufficient lights having used them on an earlier job. He did one room (4 lights) in three hours at which point we agreed he would finish up. I subsequently got a local electrician to replace all my down lights for about $30 each. He did about 30 in five hours at the appointed time on the appointed day. Not happy with Accredited Power but happy with my new locally supplied and installed lights.
