I had an excellent experience dealing with Grant today. He was extremely helpful, professional and genuinely committed to resolving my issue as quickly as possible.

Sharon was amazing, supportive, caring and professional. Very clear with questions so I felt understood and very prompt responding to resolving my problems. I would not hesitate to call Sharon again because of the confidence she showed by her amazing communication and care to resolve the trouble I had with my Solar Battery.

All the people I spoke to about the product, service, installation and after care were great. The installation on the day was very professional, turned up on time & was at my house for about 7 hours. he then ran me threw how to download the app & connect it up.

Called sunboost my system was offline noah from sunboost helped quickly to resolve it and all working now.

After just over two years now since installation I highly recommend this product and have found the support on the few occasions needed to be timely and helpful. I suggest to future Sunboost customer to get as many panels and batteries as they can afford as a long-term investment that will eventually cover installation cost and reap benefits.

So far so good, on completion they found the inverter to be faulty which was replaced under warranty. Happy with the service but being aged we found it difficult to communicate and understand the people calling. I am sure they had the same frustrations. All in all happy with the overall service and fitment.

Our ESY battery had issues with the circuit breaker. It wasn't immediately clear if the problem was with the hardware or installation, but Jasper at Sunboost worked together with ESY to provide a solution. quickly. Initially, I had no idea what was causing the problem. But that's an ESY issue rather than Sunboost.

The team at Sunboost were fantastic to deal with. Roger, Dwayne and Grant were friendly, responsive and took the time to guide me through each step of the process, explaining everything clearly along the way. The unit is working great, and it feels so good to be using power from the sun saving us money on electricity! I’m very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the Sunboost team.

My system was poorly installed and was disconnected after being considered unsafe/uncompliant by Energex. I received no Safety Certificate! It's been 3 months now without a confirmed fix date. Sunboost has recognized the issue but has been extremely slow in follow-up. Still hopeful they will come fix it soon and I can give positive update.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Had our solar panels installed in April 2025 Installer left the premises and advised all was working. Shortest explanation on how the system worked in history. September 2025. Reported to Sunboost who advised they would following up compensation. Have been advised today after 12 months later there will be no compensation and they feel they have done there job. Would never recommend this company for customer service !

Absolute worst after sales experience. Had a battery installed with no issue. Job was complete in Feb, noticed an issue with one of the batteries not working correctly, took 4 months to order a replacement and have been waiting 3 months (so far) for the replacement battery to be installed.

But this service/maintenance that was recently carried out has left us very disappointed. We feel that we didn't receive a proper job for the $700.00 we paid. In fact, you seemed more interested in us paying the $700 before the service was actually carried out.

The technicians were only on the roof for a total of 15 minutes. Yes, I timed it. I can't see how you can properly inspect and clean 16 panels that were on 3 different areas of the roof in that short amount of time.

We have 6 panels on west side of main roof, 5 panels on north side of main roof, and 5 panels on north side of 2nd story. I'm not sure that the technician went onto 2nd story to do an inspection and panel clean.

Before the technicians arrived, I messaged them to confirm they were still attending. I also asked them the approximate timeframe they would need to carry out service. I was told 1 - 1 and 1/2 hours, depending on condition of panels.

When they arrived I greeting them and pulled out a list of what was included in complete system check. They glanced at it but didn't seem too interested. I went inside and let them set up their equipment.

We feel you have let us down on this occasion, as a valued repeat customer.

We have had a sunboost solar sytem for 7 years,and have to say there customer service is excellent,any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. recently our inverter broke and within 24 hours we had a new on up and ruuning. special thanks to sharon for arranging everything.
