I rang Itechworld about my JS80 not working, and i found out that it was just out of warranty but Itechworld still sent me a return consignment and I returned the unit to them for inspection. Love this product. I got the 400W solar blanket and it worked great with the solar on my caravan. I was in a pretty shady spot so most of the energy came from the blanket charging my batteries and I was in the green the whole day while running the radio, water pump and fans. Follow-up · Absolutely terrible. I have recently contacted iTech as I was in Perth. They had no idea about the remote monitor. I sent a msg to the managers mobile, got a "will reply soon' reply & then nothing. Product is good, promise of a remote monitor ZERO. I will NEVER buy another iTech product. The PS3600 power station arrived on time and well packaged. I have not had it very long but it runs my fridge and induction cooker no problems. It used about 30% power to run the 75 litre fridge for about 4 days without any charging. So far very happy. Show details

Have not used the unit yet PS3600 so unable to rate but as far as customer service goes it was not the best experience. After paying my deposit there was no news on the arrival date and I did know it was on back order. I phoned them 3-4 times to find out it was sitting in the Brisbane Wearhouse so I just hope the unit works better than customer service. Show details
Product purchased (PS3600) is excellent, would have been great if the freebie product released only a month after (jump starter) could have also been thrown in with our purchase. Good looking products though the Anderson plug to eyelets cable comes with eyelets that are too big to fit their ac-dc charger. The itechworld engineering team had no idea of this and they don’t sell one that fits straight out of the box. I was asked me to re-lug the cables myself. I cant be sure if anything works until I buy the tools and lugs to do that.

I noticed a discrepancy between Itech's paper user guide & the specifications in the Bluetooth app for their 300ah Lifepo battery for the life cycles at depth of discharge. I contacted Georgina at Itechworld & was very impressed with the way my question was handled. I received the answer within half an hour, very happy with the service and Georgina was very professional and easy to talk to. Highly recommend the product and service.
Only criticism is with the instruction booklet, the font size is too small with regards to the lettering and the print shade is too light as well! Even with glasses it's a struggle to read. Show details
