working :( The service and replacement of the two batteries was good BUT I only have used the charger a few times, it's still in the box. They won't replace it or they say they cannot fix it, but have offered me a a new charger at a discounted price. I think they should replace it.

The help on selecting the right sized generator was great, submitted a request and got a call back when we discussed the needs and sizing. Placed the order whilst on the phone and the order was delivered within three days. Have used and it powers the caravan aircon which was the major load that would be applied. Show details ·  1

400 watt Solar blanket charged my 100 amp hour lithium battery from 50% to 100% in 2hours but that was On a clear sunny day .I have not tried it on a cloudy day yet but am impressed how efficient it is.It is very easy to set up and pack up the support legs are extremely easy to use. Show details ·  1

Unfortunately, my iTechworld 40A DCDC failed after around 10 months, so still within the 12-month warranty period. operate. It didn’t really make sense to me technically, but I gave it a go. No change.

I contacted tech support again the following month and was then asked to test the solar input through the alternator feed. Again, I followed the advice and again there was no change.

By that point I was pretty frustrated. I had already done enough testing to be reasonably confident the DCDC itself had failed, and after reading a number of reviews from others who had experienced DCDC issues, I decided to replace it with a REDARC. It cost a wee bit more, but reliability was more important to me.

What prompted me to write this review was my most recent call to iTechworld. I was told the unit was now outside its warranty period and they would not support it, despite having records showing I had reported and troubleshooted the fault well within the warranty period.

The explanation was that because I didn’t contact them again with the results of the second troubleshooting exercise, the warranty process had not been completed. That was the most disappointing part for me. The fault was reported during the warranty period and I had contacted them twice trying to resolve it.

I even offered to drop the unit off at an upcoming 4WD and camping show to save the postage, but that wasn’t an option either.

To be fair, the lady I spoke with was pleasant and I have no issue with her personally. My disappointment is with the process and the outcome.

I originally chose iTechworld because I wanted to support a local Australian brand, but unfortunately I came away disappointed with both the reliability of the product and the after-sales support.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase this DCDC charger again.

The rechargeable light is good although the magnets could be stronger, however, it is a miracle it arrived undamaged as it had just been put in a plastic postal envelope that had no padding and was not wrapped other than it's packaging.

Have not used the unit yet PS3600 so unable to rate but as far as customer service goes it was not the best experience. After paying my deposit there was no news on the arrival date and I did know it was on back order. I phoned them 3-4 times to find out it was sitting in the Brisbane Wearhouse so I just hope the unit works better than customer service. Show details

I recently purchased lithium 120x pro battery. Delivery was very fast. The price was great. I've now installed the battery as an auxiliary in my ute to run the fridge and it working great.
