that all the rebates were taken care of on our behalf plus a couple of discounts that were thrown in. We were even offered a battery upgrade for a discounted price but stuck with our original quote. From signing up, to installation, was quite quick too as we were warned of up to a 16 week turnaround because of demand but it ended up being around 6 weeks which is just fantastic. The panels look to be very high quality and the battery/inverter is much smaller than I thought it would be. The installers were great too. They did a great job removing our old system, getting the new system installed and up and running quicker than I thought plus doing a very professional job. All up, I can highly recommend Regen for your solar/battery needs.

Recently had AlphaEss batteries installed by Regen Power as they also installed my solar panels 5 years ago - pretty straightforward to deal with, costs were clearly communicated and the installers were very efficient, and helped set up the app to monitor the batteries. issue has now been satisfactorily resolved by Regan Power who have installed a metal cover that now encloses the cables preventing tampering and unauthorised interference while still allowing easy access to the safety switch. The crew arrived right on time. Before unboxing a single piece of hardware, the team leader walked me through the game plan. They assessed my existing main switchboard, mapped out the cable runs, verified the strength of my home Wi-Fi and confirmed that the selected side wall had the structural integrity to support the substantial weight of the battery modules. They upgraded the switchboard to accomodate the new instal allowing for a brief, planned power outage during this phase. I was given 15 minute warning so I could shut down any home office electronics. The batteries were then lifted into place with all safety aspects adhered to ensure efficiency and prevent any overheating issues in the summer months. Once the physical install was complete the system was started and a thorough handover check was carried out. The final step was setting up the mobile monitoring app on my phone. I was walked me through the user interface, and shown how to read real-time solar generation, live household consumption, and battery charge levels. A solar battery system is a serious financial and logistical investment. An efficient install isn't just about moving fast—it's about a crew that manages your power downtime, respects your property, complies with rigorous electrical codes, and ensures you fully understand your smart energy system before they drive away. There admin team have also been highly professional in following up with me on every single stage and addressing anything that came up as part of the project.
