There was a small issue during the installation where a few holes were drilled in the floor in the wrong position while installing the battery, but it wasn't a major concern for me, and overall, the team did a great job. that all the rebates were taken care of on our behalf plus a couple of discounts that were thrown in. We were even offered a battery upgrade for a discounted price but stuck with our original quote. From signing up, to installation, was quite quick too as we were warned of up to a 16 week turnaround because of demand but it ended up being around 6 weeks which is just fantastic. The panels look to be very high quality and the battery/inverter is much smaller than I thought it would be. The installers were great too. They did a great job removing our old system, getting the new system installed and up and running quicker than I thought plus doing a very professional job. All up, I can highly recommend Regen for your solar/battery needs.

We engaged with Regen for solar supply and install services on a couple of occasions. Supply and install Fronius + panels single phase, Fronius + panels 3 phase over the last 5-6 years. We found the company to be very professional and efficient, providing the best possible service. We have recommended this company to many others who have also had positive experiences.
We recently had solar panels and battery installed by Regen Power. The experience of dealing with Regen was excellent. We were told that the installation would take up to 12 weeks, it was done within 4 weeks and we were kept in the loop the whole time. This is the second time we have dealt with this company and we are very happy with them and have recommended them to friends and family.
From initial contact found Regen to be very helpful and easy to contact. Solar and battery installed within weeks from quote date, installers discussed process from beginning to end and very clean and thorough.

from the install was that the install guys didn’t take their rubbish away with them and filled up both my yellow and green bins, so I had to empty my bins in to refuse bags and go to the waste management centre, they also left some large pieces of card board to blow around my back yard, but as I mentioned a minor inconvenience. Bigger problems in the world and all that… Ukraine… Trump… what to eat for dinner…
But an annoying thing about Regen is that one of their customer service team WILL call, text and email you until you leave a google review. I have been contacted multiple times about this review since the install, yesterday and again today for instance, so hopefully now it’s done they will stop, although I suspect they’ll now contact we wanting me to change it to 5 stars…
Anyway in conclusion if you do get your solar set up through Regen, you’ll probably be happy with it, you may have some rubbish to tidy up and you WILL definitely be contacted by their admin team until you leave a google review.

2025 Update- Considered putting in a battery and contacted Regen for a quote given my previous positive experience. Sales agent provided the quote and was thanked and advised that we were both very busy with our work commitments but would be contacting a few other companies for quotes and would get back to them in a few weeks once we were ready. Instead the agent phoned everyday several times and sent text messages. I time him each time that we were not ready to make a commitment until I finished my project in a few weeks time. He continued to call M-F every day for weeks. I felt absolutely hounded by their sales agent. My partner eventually stepped in and told him to stop calling and that it was too much contact. He left me alone for 2 days and then the calls started again. Eventually had to tell him via text that he was harassing me and I was going with another company. We went to another company.
Considering my previous positive experience, I still rate them well but I will never contact this company again or recommend them in fear that they will do the same to my friends and colleagues.

Once the installation date was confirmed, the installer reached out to discuss battery placement, and I was able to share photos in advance. On the day of installation, Clint and the team from Direct Electrical Solutions were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. The installation was carried out flawlessly. I had to step out briefly, and they even took the time to explain the app setup to my daughter, which I really appreciated.
