is too difficult to deal with'. then they realised it was past the 3 days, so said they would offer a small discount as good will... pfft. doesn't even cover postage! We have submitted a complaint of fraud to the ACCC as their 3 day policy is illegal. We will persue this, as others should. STAY AWAY, total scammers!

no way it was done by hand. Damage was under the foam and all packaging. I emailed Acqua with photos and a video of the courier dropping it out of the van and dragging over. They said tough, the policy is 3 days to report damage and offered 20% off a new one (as a gesture of good will) which would maybe just cover the postage. $1000 bath. I wouldn’t trust this company. I honestly think it was already damaged but because I shipped it interstate they knew they would get away with it. There is nothing I can do. The policy should be 3 days or case by case basis. I have done nothing wrong, purchased an $1000 bath, and it’s cracked.

on me for blisters that formed on the edge of the baths while it was in storage before installation several months later. I sent them pictures of the defects.

"I find it surprising that your supplier has drawn conclusions from the photographs. What they describe as “scratch marks and stains” are in fact superficial dirt, which should not be used as evidence against my claim. The real issue lies in the visible blisters, which clearly indicate a defect and poor product quality. Considering I paid over $3,000, I reasonably expected a much higher standard.

The baths were stored in a shed for ten months before installation. While it’s possible there was moisture present prior to delivery, this is not something I could reasonably determine—nor could you. However, if a bath cannot withstand exposure to moisture, it raises serious questions about its suitability for purpose.

Ultimately, I do not distinguish between you and your supplier. My contract and payment were made to your company, and it is with your company that my complaint lies. I paid a significant amount for what has proven to be an inferior product, and I am seeking a fair resolution.

I hope we can resolve this matter directly and amicably. However, if the issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to share my experience in reviews and forums so that other customers are aware. I would also consider pursuing other available avenues of recourse. This has become a matter of principle."

Product was unavailable at the time we placed the order, Aqua bathrooms made sure that we were aware of the delay and that the product would be dispatched as soon as they had received supplies. purchase doesn't arrive by advertised arrival date. Just another backyard, no stock, half baked cr#p online business. My item didn't arrive by the latest advertised date and that's my fault for buying things through Acqua, apparently. Their words 'if you buy something online then YOU are taking the risk that it won't get there by advertised date' what bollocks and what a way to talk AT customers... Acqua, here's a tip - when you are talking at a customer, try to remember that they have the $ and they want to spend it on products and not spend it on listening to your pig- mouthed comments! Your comments are a Telecom of your character, not the customer's. Be professional, give it a go, you might like it! Acqua simply throws the standard cr#p that gets flung at you from these half baked online disorganisations. Acqua's cr#p pre-planned speel about late dates of arrival are only an attempt to camouflage the fact that they lie about when products arrive (online) so you'll spend your money - the usually slimy tactics from half-baked train wreck pretend businesses. The equation is basic - Acqua quotes arrival dates on webpage, dates are bogus but you'll only find that out from Acqua when you call to ask where the hell your purchase is. Acqua, you really really really really need some staff who because the things you have there now are not staff, they will only contribute to attract more and more negative reviews (unless the reviews are listed on Acqua's website, if course). If you've read this and still wish to try your luck with this half baked mob, then here's some advice - CALL them first to get the REAL story, don't rely on the fake dates online, and brace yourself for an extremely unprofessional and abusive phone call when/if you do. Ask for a definate date and tell them what will happen if that is beached, so they are aware that you won't accept tmrw usual cr#p. There's a reason this mob hold a 2.8 star rating from TrustPilot - that's an under average though accurate reflection. To the little rude thing that exposed it's character at me over the phone - you are destined to fail and I'm sure time will sort that out soon. Grow up little one, you're still wet behind the ears and full of yourself - the world will change that child. Update!!! You wouldn't read about it - after calling this mob today, all of a sudden my order has arrived in the warehouse, so they say. MAGIC, fancy that. From one phone call the 'truth' shifted from my product arriving at warehouse in 2 or 3 days to, actually it's here now - how ever could that happen. Who would have thought. What a joke. Never, never, never ever again.

Worst customer service ever. I went to the store and ask for a quote and wasted my time to pick the tapware and a few others items and the quote never arrived. Follow up many times by phone calls with no further update and hard to get someone on the phone and finally someone pick the call no resolution given (always we will follow up with the selected representative but never got the follow up back) Do not waste your time to go to this place

you cannot leave customers waiting for updates. We were forced to buy elsewhere, which delayed our project and cost us time and money.

If you are experiencing delays, please communicate that to your customers. An automated email or voicemail would have made a huge difference.

I do appreciate how easy it was to cancel once I finally got through, but overall the service was unacceptable. You need to do better.

Good quality product and exactly as expected once the correct item was supplied. There was an initial issue with a labelling error and delivery instructions not being followed, which caused delays to my renovation. However, the team investigated the issue, arranged the correct item, and refunded the delivery fee. End result is solid, but if you’re working to a schedule, I’d recommend confirming details upfront.

Great service, actually outstanding. Delivery of a bath to my front door in Tassie in 7 days is unheard of. The bath itself is better quality than I expected. Overall very happy 10/10.

Excellent to deal with - We ordered online, got my bath and vanity in great condition. We then realised that the vanity didn't fit the stone top I had ordered from other supplier. We contacted Acqua Bathrooms for a return and refund on the vanity, sent photo's to show that it was in original packaging etc.. a refund was approved, we drove the vanity back to the showroom and got our refund. Very easy to deal with.

Haven't opened yet as for a new build but service and delivery was excellent ordered 3 mirrors all arrived together and packaging undamaged.Will be ordering another mirror different to the three already received. big puncture marks in the box which had also penetrated the foam packaging opened and checked the mirror and luckily it was NOT damage the packaging is covered in stickers and clearly states fragile etc so no fault of Aqua bathrooms but as stated the mirror is fine. Would definitely order more products from Aqua bathrooms in the future.
