Harry R from sales was outstanding. I contacted him frequently and changed my system size and battery brand several times during the decision-making process. He was always happy to help, clearly explained each option and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Nik, Maya, and Glen in the office were also fantastic. They managed my account efficiently, communicated clearly and were very proactive in organising everything. I particularly appreciated being given an escalation matrix early on, which clearly outlined what to do if any issues arose. I never needed to use it, but it demonstrated how seriously they take customer satisfaction.
Brad, my install manager, was excellent as well. He was approachable, knowledgeable and took the time to go through additional questions with me after the installation. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard. Everything was neat and well presented, my garage was left very clean, and I was shown how to use the accompanying app before the team left.
Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would confidently recommend Amazing Solar Solutions to others. I wish I had them for my first solar panel install!

few weeks, and then another four weeks for the inspector — a bit frustrating, especially since follow-up calls promised by the service team didn't always come through.
On installation day, Zahir and his team were friendly, professional, and careful not to crack roof tiles, and left the work area clean.
It unfortunately took another 4 more weeks for the system to be commisioned by the inspector and I had raised it with the customer service team.
After going live, the system showed persistently low generation. This took considerable effort to diagnose, involving close coordination with GoodWe, and eventually the GoodWe inverter itself was replaced. That fixed part of the issue, but generation was still lower than expected, so a second round of diagnostics was needed. This whole process was case-managed by Dave, the technical team lead, who worked across GoodWe, my distributor United Energy, Advantage Solar (Battery provider) and my retailer OVO to track it down — the remaining cause turned out to be the 5kW grid export limit not being actioned by United Energy following the inverter swap. To Dave's credit it was his persistence that got it resolved. Credit also to GoodWe for lending support to the entire process.
This whole experience justified paying a premium over a smaller installer with a limited service proposition. Amazing Solar's size and market presence gives me confidence that after-sales support will be there when needed. This is critical for solar installations as they rarely work perfectly from the start.
Was a long journey with its ups and downs but 5 stars for sales AND Service.

sections of cement sheeting behind the battery (when 2 neatly cut pieces would have met code and been much neater), tried to change the layout of the solar panels at the last minute to instal some panels horizontally under other vertical panels so he didn't need to install them on another section of roof as per the agreed plan, and left my fuse box dangling from the wall inside my house when he was 'finished'. I had to chase Amazing Solar for a response and a fix and they repeatedly told me they would call back with a solution and never did. I kept chasing them and made it clear I did not want the same installer to come back to my house given his total lack of skill or workmanship. I was told this might mean it's a couple of months before the cement sheeting in particular can be fixed. I am ok with that as long as it's booked in and I know it's happening. Unfortunately it has already been over two months and there is absolutely nothing booked in. I am the one who has to chase them up and am always promised a response but it never comes... I'm STILL waiting. UPDATE - Since writing this review and going through the meditation process (giving Amazing Solar a chance to respond before posting the review) they contacted me and have verbally offered to make a very small change to the cement sheeting behind my battery. This does not fully fix the issue in my opinion but it's all they were willing to commit to. It's been 11 days since it supplied them with measurements they asked for in order to supply and install a new piece of sheeting and I still haven't had any follow up. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's n ow 3 months since installation. I strongly recommend ANY other installer.
Follow-up · This issue is still unresolved many months later and communication is non existent unless I chase them. When I do, I get a very polite ‘please bear with us we are working to resolve this as soon as possible’ kind of message and then nothing. Silence. No activity. No contact until I chase again and get the same response.

So here we are again. I left an installation review of this mob about 2 years back, and it was bad. July 2025 the inverter developed a fault and I of course contacted Amazing Solar Solutions (ASS) via their online ticketing service. Gave the fault id, showed it occurring on an almost daily basis, advised I have checked all openings for blockages… Read more
(as advised by Fronius). Yes someone did call back a few days later, but I was on another call and couldn't take it. I called that number back and asked for the lady who left a message, to be told no I need to speak with X and he's in a meeting and will call back. Of course, never did. I've rung another two time; 'yes, we see the ticket someone will call back within 24 hours'. No one does.
So I raised a new ticket. No response.
When raising a ticket, there is no feedback either. You get a new webpage saying acknowledged, but no ticket number (which they want if you ring), no confirmation email etc.
A few weeks passed and the inverter continued to email almost daily of an overtemperature fault.
I chose to leave another review here again in the hope of prompting action, but selected the 'mediate option' so it wouldn't upload if they actually responded. They did respond and eventually I got a new inverter installed under warranty. (Dec 2025)
But it hasn't been set up correctly, whereby it cannot communicate with the web portal (so is it even working???) and can't be registered for warranty if it were to fail again.
Its now April 2026 and I'm still chasing them with promises of 'someone' looking at it.
