Absolute disaster. Zero professionals on this site. Booked a simple oil change fix and they wrecked the whole engine instead. Charged me triple the quoted price for the damage they caused. Do not recommend

had prepaid by PayPal. What was also strange was that I could not leave a review for the mechanic. My reviews kept bouncing back as they did not follow autoguru review guidelines no matter how many times I reworded it. Even stranger is that the fraudulent mechanic is still listed by autoguru as one of their 4 star mechanics you can still get quotes with!

I had front shocks replaced last year. This year my normal mechanic showed me that Autoguru destroyed my RHS control arm, stripped the threads, and put in a 4 inch long bolt with 3 nuts as spacers. The whole thing was bent and loose. Could have caused a major accident. Booking: 1989607

Once I notified Auto Guru about the no show from my original booking, Brooke contacted me straight away, and re booked with a different mechanic who was able to come to me the same day. From my new booking the mechanic arrived and fixed my issue on my car, was very informative and helpful

While the service is a great idea and very helpful it relies on businesses responding to peoples enquires. From my 5 enquiries only 2 responded 1 to say they don’t provide that service anymore the other did and gave a quote and availability. So I went with them. Worst experience ever. Wrong vehicle type listed for QLD rego, vehicle is 2019 Mazda MX-5 manual on Auto guru shows automatic they refuse to fix it.
