And here's the catch nobody tells you upfront: even with clear evidence and a Tasker who won't cooperate, if your claim is under the insurance excess from Airtaasker, you're basically out of luck. I have to pay repair bill, nothing Airtasker could actually do to help.

So if something gets damaged on your job, don't expect the platform's insurance to actually help. It only kicks in for bigger claims, and a Tasker can deny everything with zero real consequence.

All these reviews appear to have just been wiped. Have contacted Sensis and they were about as useful as True Local staff were unfortunately.

all, just a crude mock‑up that looked like it had been thrown together by a child. No strategy, no structure, no usable assets, and absolutely no alignment with the brief.

Communication was equally disappointing. Responses were repetitive, dismissive, and at times outright rude. Instead of addressing the lack of quality, the freelancer deflected, blamed “process,” and refused to acknowledge that nothing of substance had been delivered.

To make matters worse, after producing no meaningful work and achieving zero traction, they had the audacity to ask for more money to “boost the campaign.” There was no campaign. No results. No value. Just an attempt to upsell after failing to deliver the basics.

We received no funding, no engagement, and no professional output. Based on this experience, Fiverr is not a platform we would ever use again.
