Then I sought three quotes via the SolarQuotes service giving as much detail as I could in the request for quotations form, and I was quickly contacted by three suppliers who provided me with written quotes for what they thought were appropriate system(s) for my situation. SolarQuotes also helpfully provided a comparison form to use to compare the various quotes. I found this extremely useful and used it to go back to the suppliers and get detailed responses to various queries the form had raised for me. All the suppliers were very helpful in this process and were keen to provide me with all the information I needed about the suggested systems. In the end it always comes down to price and value for money, and I think I have achieved that. And it gives comfort knowing that the quotes are backed by the Good Installer Guarantee.

used before. This company is also on the Solar Quotes web site as a silver thingy. They weren’t referred to me by solar quotes, but they are a brilliant company. I’m not sure if I should mention the companies name that I ended up going with in this review so I’ll leave that. I also want to add that after plenty of research, I am having a Sigenergy system Installed. Solar quotes have a real issue with Sigenergy and make a point to not recommend them even though they are the most popular premium system on the market right now. Solar quotes focus on the famous recall due to the issue with overheating plugs and don’t want to say much else about them. At the end of the day, Solarquotes is an excellent source of information but please also do your own research as well. If I took their word as gospel I’d not be going with Sigenergy.

With so many different products and "cowboy" operators out there in the solar industry, going through SolarQuotes gave me genuine reassurance because they use their own network of pre-vetted, trusted installers.The process itself was incredibly easy.

I just filled out a quick questionnaire, which took less than 5 minutes to complete. By the following week, 3 separate installation companies reached out to provide me with quotes. The platform asks for absolutely nothing in return, so if you are thinking about getting solar, definitely go for it!

one of the company was a bit difficult to start communicating with. Did not send email for first contact to verify who they are. Phone message was a link that obviously I did not click on due to scam/hack issue. When finally got in touch the person could do with a customer/client course. Almost let the company go, but decided to give them a go due to the TRUST I have in Finn. Thank you.

Solar quotes were very helpful with great information on their site and helpful recommendations for suppliers and things to look out for. In the end the payback for a battery for our existing solar system didn't make it worthwhile however Solar Quotes help supported that decision

but still the advertising comes. It’s relentless. I can’t stop it. I have no problem with advertising, I will and have purchased items because of YouTube advertising. But the system is broken, there is a block feature, there is a see fewer solar advertising but despite using them. The solar quotes advertising just comes back every day. States 3 quotes on website but when you put in postcode (Western Victoria) it responds with "sorry only one company available" in New South Wales. They have a shell office in Victoria . When I looked local I found 5 companies to quote me. Limited supplier selection I think.

Just a load of nonsense. the NSW companies associated with this company are mostly cowboys looking for a quick buck. Shameful. Wealth of info on SolarQuotes website but that it. The process made bad by incompetent associations. Not recommended. Do research and find a reputable solar provider in your area.

Quotes process was very easy to use and resulted in prompt approaches from two excellent providers.

Information on the website was very helpful & the feedback was excellent. Only issue I would have is that they were only able to recommend one installer to contact but that is probably due to the area we live in. I followed the advice on the website and got quotes from several other companies some of who have been very pushy.
