The ordering process was seamless and the delivery team kept me updated the whole time and loved that they provided tracking information. I ordered a large console table. It came packaged very ricketily and once unpackaged there was damage to the base. Even little damage shouldn't occur during transit of high end furniture. BEWARE of this company, the owner had a previous furniture company Gallery Furniture (look up the reviews), went to court through Fair Trade, got charged for failing to supply furniture, owes $ to many yet still hasn't paid people. Appeared on A Current Affair. Also had a spa business many years ago did the same thing. Its a pattern and the guy has no morals.

about 8 years ago for deception and selling spas that were not regulated. Recently myself and a lot of other people around the country got [Content Removed] through them. They take your order and money but never deliver the goods. Do not make a purchase through them via the phone. Their payment of method is bank deposits which is a red flag. Please read their terms and conditions. They don’t have a PayPal system. We complained to Fair Trading who are useless. I don't think we will ever get our money back because the law won’t help us. Australian Securities Commission gave them the tick of approval to trade again ! I have complained to Tribunal, the sheriffs office, A Current Affair, ACCC, police etc. without success. The law won’t do anything, that's why they keep [Content Removed] people. And they will continue to [Content Removed] you. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as you will never see your money again!
