Lounge Lovers

Ordered some chairs from Lounge Lovers, and the delivery ended up being delayed a few times, adding up nearly two months. No explanations given. When I asked to cancel the order, they somehow found the chairs "being unloaded from the containers", this despite in earlier calls being told that the earliest delivery date would be weeks away. Show details

Really comfortable, very easy to set up, delivery was quicker than estimated and driver brought the couch inside the house for me. Really great, the only issue was tracking the delivery wasn't possible as the tracker service did not work, but the text service is very prompt. Show details ·  2

I’ve had a truly terrible week with a family member being unwell and was running 5 mins late (after closing, due to a traffic jam) yet John still helped me out. He was absolutely wonderful! be adjusted so frequently that the original “full price” can start to feel almost meaningless. Even when you see a product on sale, it is difficult to know whether it is actually a good time to buy, as there is a real possibility of another significant price reduction shortly afterwards.

I have experienced this more than once with Lounge Lovers, where products I had recently purchased were significantly discounted soon after. In my view, this makes the brand’s pricing feel unpredictable and undermines the credibility and reliability of its advertised prices.

My most recent experience was I purchased the Oskar 140cm Bench for $369 on 17 July and only picked it up on 25 July. Just over a month later, I noticed that the same product had been reduced to $299 — a $70 reduction in a very short period of time.

What was equally disappointing was the response when I raised this concern. Rather than considering the circumstances of an individual long-standing customer and offering any flexibility or goodwill, the response was essentially based on applying the policy rigidly. They claimed making a price adjustment for a delivered order would be not fair for other customers. Seriously? If offering a goodwill adjustment to a customer who purchased the product only a little over a month ago would be considered unfair to other customers, how is it fair to customers who purchased the product shortly before such a significant price reduction?

I simply think potential customers should be aware of this pricing pattern and consider it when deciding whether and when to purchase. I’m sharing my experience publicly so that other customers can make a more informed decision.

I understand shipping delays occur, but if a business is waiting on a delivery at the time they take your money at purchase, you should only be required to pay 50% at purchase and the remaining 50% when they can commit to a set delivery date. I received a text message one business day before delivery was due telling me that the delivery had been changed to 22 September.

Lounge Lovers' policy of taking 100% of the price and delivery up front needs to be changed if they don't have stock ready to deliver. I asked for a full refund because paying for everything up front leaves the customer with zero leverage. It remains to be seen whether LL will meet the time-frame they gave me for the refund of my money.

Initial contact at kawana store was good. Purchasing over phone was fine. Delivery on time. Had contact from lounge lovers 2 times on day of delivery to update me on delivery time and once after to ask for a review. the damage and got no response. I then had to follow up via email a week later. Finally a reaping to say claims is looking into it. Then had to re send photos. Then a guy came to look at the damage. The technician said it could be fixed, but will leave a mark.

I have now taken 2 more days off work over the last two weeks as someone was suppose to fix it. It is still not fixed and I am still waiting. Id rather the chaise be replaced as ive been told you will be able to notice the repair. Im very disappointed. Such a expensensive couch and disappointing service since requesting support. I did receive a 100 voucher online to use but of course nothing at lounge lovers is $100 or less so it requires me to spend more, rather sneaky way of the company to make more money! I wont be using it as this issue has still not being fixed.

I ordered quite a few couches from LoungeLovers (a few sets of modular components of the Mini Loft range) as they had some "mini" couches which were the best solution for my desire to host many people in my modest living room. to be produced but were completed about 1.5 months earlier than expected. I cannot fault the delivery at all, excellent communication. One part of my order did not fit in the first delivery truck, but was delivered the very next day. Both delivery drivers called when they were 15 minutes away and delivered the couches right to where I wanted them.
